  • Is MSM Waking Up To The Dangers Of Neuroweapons?

An interesting NY Post article recently explored what has become a growing issue of privacy, public safety, and national-security concern: the uneasy intersection between the remarkable benefits of neurotechnology and its potential for misuse. As the piece notes, advances in brain-computer interfaces, neuro-monitoring tools, and cognitive-enhancement research hold enormous promise for medicine and rehabilitation. Yet those same tools, if left unregulated or developed in secrecy, could be exploited by hostile actors in ways that raise troubling ethical and geopolitical questions.

For years, mainstream discussion of neurotechnology focused almost exclusively on its medical potential, while any mention of misuse was often dismissed as fringe speculation. That posture has shifted as prominent neuroscientists and biosecurity experts—most notably Dr. James Giordano, a professor of neurology and bioethics and a long-time advisor to the U.S. military—have publicly outlined the real risks emerging at the intersection of neuroscience and national defense. Dr. Giordano has repeatedly warned that neurotechnology can be “weaponized” not only in the traditional military sense but also through subtler means: tools capable of influencing cognition, degrading decision-making, targeting vulnerable populations, or exploiting neurological data. He emphasizes that while these capabilities are still constrained by scientific limits, several countries are actively researching them, and the U.S. should take that fact seriously. His point is not that science-fiction mind-control devices exist, but that neuro-enabled tools—chemical, biological, digital, or data-driven—can be adapted in ways that create new forms of coercion, surveillance, or tactical disruption.

The NY Post article raises the central policy question of whether Congress is exercising meaningful oversight in this domain. The concern is that many lawmakers are only dimly aware of how far neurotechnology has advanced, and even fewer grasp its defense implications well enough to legislate around it. Those with the deepest knowledge—typically members of intelligence committees—operate under heavy classification restrictions, which discourages open debate and leaves the public largely unaware of how these technologies may be used or misused.

The article’s broader message is that it is time for Congress to engage this issue with urgency and transparency. Neurotechnology is advancing whether policymakers address it or not, and without clear guardrails, the same tools that promise extraordinary medical breakthroughs could also be adapted in ways that threaten civil liberties, public health, and global stability. The call, essentially, is for lawmakers to act before the risks outpace the regulations designed to contain them.

  • WIFI Bombshell On 092225

Monday 09/22/25 was my day off. Nowadays the kids go to school so you can actually enjoy your day off 😂

So I enjoyed my rest until about 4pm when I decided to step out to go get some fresh air…and coffee of course.

Went to my local deli, got me a coffee and a pastry, and sat at the local park doing my favorite thing—tweeting away, or is it Xing away?😂

Anyway, my phone started having connectivity issues—slow etc, the usual stuff TIs go through, so I decided to check if there was some public WiFi in the area—one of the great things about NYC.👍 As I’m scrolling through the WIFI options, look what a TI ran into😳😳. Lord Have Mercy!!

A few seconds later, it was gone. They probably went, “oops, he wasn’t supposed to see that”😂and made it disappear.

There was this illegally parked Mercedes just idling there. That’s the only “suspect” I could think of, even though it’s hard to pin down this stuff. Just because one thinks they may be the one doesn’t necessarily mean it’s true. I just found it odd that it was illegally parked right next to where I was, that’s all🤷‍♀️

Long story short, I got out of there faster than Usain Bolt😂

Also something to think about the next time you go🙄while listening to this TI bitch about getting stuck at a NYC shelter for over a year, even though super qualified for CityFHEPS, not getting NY state financial aid for college even though clearly eligible…🤔

If this doesn’t answer your question, then you’re clearly not looking for an answer🤷‍♀️

    ***Updated Sunday 10/17/25***

Chilling at the SAME spot at about 7:45pm, just taking in the lovely Fall “sweater weather” and boom!!👇😳

    ***Updated Monday 11/03/25***
On my off day, and was chilling at the SAME spot at about 6:40 pm—taking in the nice Fall weather before going back home. I tried to access the local public WiFi hotspot but was having issues for some reason. When I looked closely at the WiFi options, look what my eyes bumped into.😳 Is that WHY a TI is having issues connecting to the local public WiFi?🤔🤦‍♀️. Could they at least HIDE that name?😂

Question now is, what ELSE do they do to targeted individuals as they sit peacefully at a public park, library..,Are they ONLY watching them? Why are you watching somebody seating peacefully at a park minding his own business? Hmm 🤔 I think you get the DEW drift🤔

  • Disruption Saturday On Broadway

So Saturday 06/21/25, I decided to go to relax in downtown Manhattan, and specifically to Broadway—there are a couple spots I had discovered on Broadway while working, that are very good for chilling on a Summer weekend—WiFi hotspots, outdoor tables etc

So instead of staying at home and dealing with my “WiFi issues”🙄, I figured I’d go and try Broadway street in Manhattan—take in the fresh air plus high speed internet.

So I get on Broadway & 40th street and find out that they have open tall tables which I figured I could I could place my laptop and relax with a cup of coffee. Perfect spot👍

When I got there, the place was virtually empty, so I thought let me go grab a cup of coffee and come back to this spot. I found a 7-11 on 39th & 8th where I bought some coffee, donuts and a bottle of water and set back to my new found spot on Broadway

So I get back on Broadway, and place my stuff on one of the tables. There’s a little difference however, from the first time I got on Broadway. There’s a lone preacher (Chinese woman) set up right next to where I’m about to chill. She’s uncharacteristically super loud too.🙄

Long story short, I start getting uncomfortable with the preacher lady—something is just off. I love my Christians to death, but this one here, I don’t know about this one—God forgive me😂🤷‍♀️. The super reliable TI alarm 🚨 starts going off—never doubt that one.😂 I had options to move—there are other available tables there, but I just decided to “tough it out” a little longer. Preacher lady may decide to end her super loud “sermon”—yeah, I’m patient like that. So I kept doing my thing on my laptop, largely ignoring her

Next thing I know, Preacher lady abandons her summon and comes looking RIGHT INTO my laptop😳, like you would do with your child who you suspected was visiting questionable sites. WEIRD. I let it slide the first time without saying anything. Then she came back and did the same thing—literally her face on my laptop screen😳—and my Cool Calm Joe demeanor disappeared—I was about to go to Manhattan jail for real at that point.😂I took a picture of her and told her not to do that again. At the back of my mind I was thinking, the TI 🚨 had been right all along.

You can NEVER go to someone (an adult) you don’t know, and peer into their laptop, personal electronic device like that. That is someone who KNOWS who you are—someone on an “operation”—if you know, you know🤔There were also OTHER👇tell-tale indicators of an “operation”🙄🤦‍♀️She also kept talking to some “photographer” Hispanic dude. Her “handler”? 🤔

I also noticed she got very offended that I took her picture—which is also a tell. I told her I took her picture because she was violating my privacy rights by peering into my laptop like that, so she stopped.

This is just the latest example of how targeted individuals are harassed as they go about their daily business, under the guise “counterterrorism”. You can’t even have a quiet Summer afternoon at a PUBLIC park without…running Cointelpro operations. Rep Luna is absolutely right. Tyrannical Patriot Act MUST be repealed, or at the very least, Congress must set up a new Church-type committee to see who in the intelligence community gets paid to violate people’s constitutional rights like this🤷‍♀️

***And then check this out, at about 6pm, the power on my laptop ran out🙄. Luckily, I brought TWO machines with me to Broadway—Deep State didn’t have that on their bingo card😂. So I turned on machine #2 thinking I would continue using the SAME NYC PUBLIC WIFI I was using on machine #1, right? WRONG. Look at what happened to the NYC PUNLIC WIFI on machine #2👇. You really can’t make this stuff up. There’s a helicopter/drone above that has been hovering for 30+ minutes so…🤷‍♀️🙄

Can I TI just have a Deep State- free Saturday afternoon? Is that a lot to ask? 😂🤷‍♀️Remember BOTH my phones are connected to the PUBLIC WiFi. It’s just the laptops that are having “technical issues”🤔

So 7pm came, but the WiFi “disruptions” on machine #2 didn’t go away🙄. At that point I’d seen enough of the “Broadway disruption”😂so I packed my stuff and left for Queens. At least I got some fresh air out of the Broadway outing😂🙄

Oh, and btw, this is why you hear targeted individuals complaining about things like this👇, which appear so far-fetched and delusional when you read them on social media. But are they, really? Hmm, we report, you decide🤔
