Tuesday 10/02/25 was my work day, but it also happened to be my birthday š š. In my younger days you would not see me going to work on my birthday. Iād probably be drunk at 8 am. Yeah, I used to go hard back in the day.šBut anyway, back to the topic at hand.
On my Wednesday off (10/01/25), I had repeatedly called HRA to see if I could get a live person to talk to about my CityFHEPS voucher status. They have this so-called āDSS Oneā number that you can call for issues related to EBT, cash assistance and NYC programs. The number is 718-557-1399. Whether youāll get in touch with a live person when you call this number is a whole new debate altogether.šOn Wednesday, I was kept on hold for 4+ hours, which I could afford because it was my day off, but I finally gave up and opted for the callback option, where you ask HRA to call you back when your turn comes. It saves you from staying on hold forever.
Nobody called me back on Wednesday, even though I had literally manned my two phonesāyes, two phonesāwaiting for them to call back.š Do better, HRA.
Anyway, so Thursday 10/02/25, on my way to work. I donāt know if it was some birthday good luck thing, but the unthinkable happened. My phone rang, and when I looked to see who was calling, it was the HRA number on my caller ID. So I answered the call swiftlyāsomething I almost never do, Iām a āleave a voicemailā type of dudešāand the lady on the other side identified herself as someone from DSS.
So Iām thinking Hallelujah, right? ALL my questions about the status of my voucher will be answered today, right? WRONG. As I started laying out my case to the DSS lady, I noticed she was not responding to my questions. Then I heard her say, āIām having trouble hearing you.ā Thatās when it hit me that I was on the subway, and therefore I couldnāt complete the callāreception issues.š
Think about that, the miracle chance HRA returned one my million calls, was while I was riding the subway.šWas that a coincidence? Hmm, we report, you decideš¤·āāļø
***Updated Friday 10/03/25***
So Friday 10/03/25, I figured Iād do a āHail Maryā and call HRA after I got off workāthey close at 5pm. I called at about 3:30 pm and as usual, was treated to a super long time on holdāmore than two and a half hoursš¤¦āāļø
So I decided to stay on the line past 5 pm just to see if it would be different after hours.
An encouraging message popped up around 5:40 pm saying I had a wait time of about 11-20 minutes. Yay, right? WRONG. 11-20 minutes turned into 40+ minutes and then another message popped up saying āIām sorry, weāre having problems with this call. Call back later.ā The call was cut short.š
Think about that. HRA kept a TI for more than two and a half hours on hold, then as soon as he gets to the front of the line, they kick a TI to the curb. Boy, thatās coldšš„¶.
Somebody has to step in and fix this HRA messšš¤·āāļøThe same question againāis that a coincidence? Hmm, we report, you decideš¤·āāļø
So Monday 09/25/25 was my day off, meaning yet another day to go bitchinā about my voucher situation with the housing specialist.š
I took advantage of the fact that the kids had gone to schoolāenjoyed the morning quietāand then left at about 2pm after I had gotten my rest. Messing with the housing folk early in the morning would ruin my day offšš¤
So at about 2pm, I stopped by the housing specialistās office and asked where we stand. She told me we had to go talk about it in the āconference roomā.š³ I didnāt quite know what to make of that but hey, it was what it wasš¤·āāļø
So I got there and took my seat on the oval conference table and her boss showed up. Relax, it was actually a good meeting. Hereās what her boss explained to me.
She basically pinned the blame on me.š I need a boss who would back me up like that. She basically said that I was to blame because after signing the lease on 08/26/25, the reason my CityFHEPS paperwork was not submitted to HRA was because I did not provide them with my weekly paystubsāthat I FAILED TO COMPLY.š³ Boy, youāve got to give Deep State credit, coz that was a slick one. Iām pretty sure thatās NOT the real reasonāand I told her thatābut you can see how that quickly becomes a legal toss upāreasonable people can reasonably disagree as to who bears the blame, me or the housing specialistāDeep State did its homework.šš¤·āāļø
Anyway, as things currently stand, they had to do a ārebudgetingā last week using my last paystub, and after HRA modifies the voucherāany day nowāmy CityFHEPS paperwork will be submittedāhopefully sometime this week or next week. They also told me that the apartment folk are aware of the situation, which is a good thingš
Naturally, I was concerned about how long this ārebudgetingā process might drag along but they assured me that it shouldnāt be that long because āmanagement is fully engagedā.š³ All that ultra bitchinā I did last week must have landed on some HRA Head Honchoās ears.š
But anyway, now weāre just waiting on this ārebudgetingā deal and then hopefully on to the apartment some time in October, which is my birth month for crying out loudššAnd needless to say, Iām NOT giving them the āhe didnāt submit the paystubsā excuse this time. As soon as it hits ADP, it is emailed to them.š Oh, and you guessed right, the full blown bitchinā continues. Anybody at HRA who comes across my paperwork will be like, āOh hell, thatās the dudeā¦āš
****************************************** Luckily I got off work super early on this dayāaround 3pm. I have class at 6pm, but the way things are going nowadays, Iām hanging in school by a threadš Either I will struggle just for a week pass(C grade) or something, or just withdraw and re-attempt the classes in the Spring semester.
Long story short, I thought it would be better to stop by HRA HQ on 109 E 16th street in Manhattan after work knowing I may have to forfeit class. Iām also off tomorrow (Wednesday), so if I get shuffled around today (most likely outcomeš), I will know exactly where to go tomorrow.š¤
So I get to 109 E 16th street and get sent to the 2nd floor. A boatload of people thereānot goodš. I stay there for a while and then get transferred to the 3rd floor. After staying there for a little bit, I get sent to the 10th floor. At that time I already know what time it isā NOTHING is coming out of this tripš. I just decided to stick it out anyway.
At about 5:40pm, my ticket gets called. So I explained to the lady that I already signed a lease and I was just trying to see if I can get a status on my case because this is the HRA HQāmakes sense right? WRONG. I was honest with her and told her about the ārebudgetingā business. She told me they had no access to that info and that ONLY the shelter people can give me status updates. She said they only deal with renewals. How the hell is the HRA HQ out of the loop re CityFHEPS when they supposedly run the whole show?š¤·āāļøš That just doesnāt sound right. One of the ladies who went before me also asked the same question.
Anyway, apparently ONLY the shelter folks can provide status updates re CityFHEPS. Thatās the word on the street, per HRA HQš¤·āāļøWhat could possibly go WRONG with such an arrangement? Legal eagles you know what term comes to mindāāMonellāš¤
So I got back home at about 5:40pm. Iām usually home later than that but on this day, I had a QCC Zoom class at 6pm plus, I wanted to check with the housing lady to see if she had submitted the documents HRA had requestedāa lease letter, a signed lease and the āDSSā form, so they could process rent payment for my new apartment.Ā
On Thursday morning (09/25/25) on my way to work, I had spoken to my case manager and asked him to have the housing specialist take care of this before I came back from work. She was not on her office that morning when I was leaving for work. It is HER JOB to do this, you know, like HRA PAYS her a good salary to do this. Remember that, itās gonna come in handy.
So I get back home from work at about 5:40 pm and immediately went to the case managerās office. I missed him. Apparently, he had left at 5:30pm that day. Luckily, the housing specialist was in his office. Coincidence?š³
So I got straight to the pointāusually I do some old school bsāing before I get to the point but on this Thursday I got straight to businessāāDid you get my message I left with my case manager this morning?ā First she said he hadnāt told her anything, but then later in the conversation she said āthe documentā (requesting the lease etc) didnāt apply to herāso evidently she had had a conversation with my case manager.
I told her she needs to submit the documents so they can process payment for my apartment. I even went further and told her she should have submitted them to HRA right after I signed the lease on 08/26/25. Remember, Iām telling her this because HRA has requested these documents, she works for HRA, and itās HER JOB HER JOB HER JOB to do this. Sheās not doing me a friendly favor. She gets paid to do that.š¤
Believe it or not, she REFUSED to do itāsomething about that document FROM HRA, didnāt apply to her, and some other nonsense. Thatās when sh@t hit the fan. Letās just say, this TI had had enough. I lost my āgentleman & scholarā demeanor and went all in.šI told her itās not for me to BEG her to do her job and that if she didnāt want to do it, HRA needed to bring in a new housing specialist to help him. Things got really loud, so the security staff started filing in. Of course in situations like that a TI will always lose, so I smartly walked away after telling her what I needed her to hear, in front of the security folks. They write incident reports, and I hope they did one yesterday because it will come in handy in courtš¤. This TIās always on some 3D chessš¤
Oh, and btw, believe it or not, this is a very common occurrence for targeted individuals. I will not be surprised if this housing specialist was assigned to me JUST FIR THAT. Gum up the works for a targeted individual 24/7āall part of you know what.š¤
Stay tuned, folks, for some possible shelter drama this evening. You know itās going down from here on outātill I move to the new apartment.š
Wednesday 09/24/25 was my day off. A week earlier I had shot a āHail Maryā email to the NY Governorās office complaining about my hostage situation at the NYC shelter. I didnāt expect any response but, why not?š¤·āāļø
Well, well, well as Iām lazying around in bed enjoying my day off, I decide to check my email at about 2pm and wouldnāt you know. NY Governorās had NOT ONLY responded to my email but they DIRECTED HRA to look into my case.š³ Boy, I love NY. I should have ditched TX a long time ago.š
As a matter of fact, when I looked at my phone I saw several missed calls and a voicemail from HRA. Now, thatās a miracle. You can never get HRA on the phone without burning at least 3-4 hours on hold. I donāt know what the folks at NY Governorās office office told them but they got their a$$ on the phone quick.š
Interestingly, they also gave me a direct email for ME to submit CityFHEPS documents directly to HRAāI guess their slick way of sidestepping the housing specialist.š³Even they know somethingās rotten about this situation.
And speaking of the housing specialist, guess what the voicemail HRA left me said? It said they have NOT, repeat NOT received my signed lease and some form DSS8QW-147N, which the housing specialist was supposed to submit right after I signed the lease on 08/26/25. They are asking ME to send it. Can you believe that? A TI is caught up in a sabotage mission for real!!š
Anyway, I sent them the lease, but I will have to contact the apartment folks and have them send the documents. People get fired behind these dumb stuff, folks. Watch what I tell you. Stay tune
Monday 09/22/25 was my day off. Nowadays the kids go to school so you can actually enjoy your day off š
So I enjoyed my rest until about 4pm when I decided to step out to go get some fresh airā¦and coffee of course.
Went to my local deli, got me a coffee and a pastry, and sat at the local park doing my favorite thingātweeting away, or is it Xing away?š
Anyway, my phone started having connectivity issuesāslow etc, the usual stuff TIs go through, so I decided to check if there was some public WiFi in the areaāone of the great things about NYC.š As Iām scrolling through the WIFI options, look what a TI ran intoš³š³. Lord Have Mercy!!
A few seconds later, it was gone. They probably went, āoops, he wasnāt supposed to see thatāšand made it disappear.
There was this illegally parked Mercedes just idling there. Thatās the only āsuspectā I could think of, even though itās hard to pin down this stuff. Just because one thinks they may be the one doesnāt necessarily mean itās true. I just found it odd that it was illegally parked right next to where I was, thatās allš¤·āāļø
Long story short, I got out of there faster than Usain Boltš
Also something to think about the next time you gošwhile listening to this TI bitch about getting stuck at a NYC shelter for over a year, even though super qualified for CityFHEPS, not getting NY state financial aid for college even though clearly eligibleā¦š¤
If this doesnāt answer your question, then youāre clearly not looking for an answerš¤·āāļø
***Updated Sunday 10/17/25***
Chilling at the SAME spot at about 7:45pm, just taking in the lovely Fall āsweater weatherā and boom!!šš³
***Updated Monday 11/03/25*** On my off day, and was chilling at the SAME spot at about 6:40 pmātaking in the nice Fall weather before going back home. I tried to access the local public WiFi hotspot but was having issues for some reason. When I looked closely at the WiFi options, look what my eyes bumped into.š³ Is that WHY a TI is having issues connecting to the local public WiFi?š¤š¤¦āāļø. Could they at least HIDE that name?š
Question now is, what ELSE do they do to targeted individuals as they sit peacefully at a public park, library..,Are they ONLY watching them? Why are you watching somebody seating peacefully at a park minding his own business? Hmm š¤ I think you get the DEW driftš¤
As I stated in my previous post, I ended up re-signingĀ a lease after the issues with me newly adult son were resolved. I had thought it was going to be an October lease but it was still the September lease I had earlier signed, with slight modifications made for my son.
That means Iām technically a resident there, and just awaiting approval from the CityFHEPS. The process is supposed to take 30 days, but itās typically less than that.
So under ordinary circumstances Iād be moving into the new apartment in the 09/20 timeframe. But we all know how it goes when a targeted individual arrives on the scene. 20 days will be two yearsšš¤¦āāļø
Anyway, this time, like I may have mentioned earlier, weāre gonna do something different. Iāve put together a super tight lawsuit (80% chance of successāyou have to read it). Iām not just going to sit there and waste away, waiting on HRA to move me into the apartment. Iām getting ready to file this suit this week and thenāit will be a bitchfest after that.š
Iāll bitch about this stuff so muchācall my member of Congress, NY times, even the NY Governorās officeš Simply put, Iāll bitch about it so bad, somebody running interference at HRA is bound to get a call from one of the bigwigs. Youāll be surprised how much bitching helps/works. This project is so importantāfiling suitāthat Iāve practically suspended school this week. All the focus is on getting the suit filed. After that, youāll hear about it. Trust me on thatš
Also remember, a lot of the things they do to TIs are illegal, so they prefer the secrecy. When you bring attention to the issue, they knock it offš¤
And just the latest greatest example in ābitching helpsā, is the case with QCC College. Remember I almost got locked out of school this Fall because of some $700 tuition charge for a class I never attended. NY State aid was supposed to cover that, but I really donāt know what kind of witchcraft is going on over thereš. Anyway, I bitched about the charges and they dropped them.š¤
Also remember, itās a VERY GOOD suit, meaning I might actually score some much-needed $$ in the NYC. Itās not a long shirt by any stretch of the imagination. Boatloads of precedents. Soā¦why not?š³ I may do so well, that I become some kind of housing activist in the NYCš³
Woke up uncharacteristically lateāaround 9:30am. Thursday is usually my work day, so I would be up at 6am sharp, latest 7am. Hmm
I had a PTO day but was planning to go to Brooklyn early this morning right after the kids left for school. My plan was to leave at 8am to go check out this work program I was enrolled in the first time I came to NY. Very good way to stack up some tax free $$
I was forced to leave the program in June 2024 after my kids arrived from Houston, forcing me to move into a family housing facility in Queens. The program is only for residents of the (single men) facility in Brooklyn, BUT BUT BUT, they also have a plan for people who donāt live in a NY housing facilityš³
The rule is that you canāt use the program if you are in any other NYC housing facility. Whether thatās the real rule or just a specific one to keep me out, I really donāt know.š Iām just telling you what I was told. They said I could come back once I secured housingāgot an apartment. I signed the lease the other day, so I figured it would be good to go and put in my application. Not start work there necessarily, but just have an application on file. Iām looking at starting in late September or October if they let me, and only weekends coz I already have another job. Big difference between a program and an actual jobš¤
Ended up leaving at about 10am. Stopped by the 179 st station to catch the F train and boom, my Apple Pay is not working at the MTA turnstile.š Remember, Iāve written about this very issue beforeš³
The itinerary was to catch the F train, get off at Kee Gardens, catch the E to Court street & 23rd, and then ride the G into Brooklyn. The F & E went pretty well until we got to the G train. I was assuming you just had to wait under the G banner for the train like you do with every other stations.
After waiting there for like 30 minutes, I figured I must be in the wrong place. So I started looking around for one of the MTA workers at the booth to ask but nobody at the boothš. Usually there would be someone you could ask such questions, or even an NYPD but nobody hereāno employee around.
Finally an MTA employee showed up at the booth so I figured I would ask about the G train. I was right, I was in the wrong place. Turns out I had to walk all the way down the platform, then go up the stairs and this and thatā¦literally a maze. I donāt care how long youāve lived in NYC, but unless you had done this before, there in NO WAY you would have figured this out on the first go. A targeted individual was bound to get lost at this stationšš¤·āāļø
Anyway, I ended up finding the G train, but in my mind, I had written off the assignment in Brooklyn. Something told me I would be hit with some āyou had to be here by 11amā stuff, but I decided to carry on with the mission anywayāI may not fill out the application, but I may lean something newāold school thinkingš¤
Surprise surprise, the 11am cut off was real. However they told me that application days are Tuesdays & Thursdays. See, thatās some new information I got. All this time I was thinking you could only do the application on Thursdays.
So I decided to check out another job prospect in Le Bronx. Again, I know itās too late to do what I intended to do there, but it wouldnāt hurt to go there and set up a later visit. A TI had already ābeen disruptedāš on the Brooklyn mission, so why not check out Le Bronx?š¤·āāļø
Oh, and btw, on my way back from Brooklyn, actually Brooklyn to Le Bronx, I was stuck again at the turnstile AGAIN. It didnāt accept my Apple Pay. Was I banned by MTA on this clearly āoperation dayā?š³ Hmm, we report, you decide. I showed the MTA officer that I had money available and they just let me through. Weird, huh? Told you folks, on operation day, a TI will KNOW. You canāt miss it. My guess is still on some neuro chicanery, but thatās just MY guess. I ran that thought by my new best friend ChatGPTšand guess what came back? Hmm. Notice the last paragraph where it says āabused by state actors on targeted individuals.āš³ I bet you quit rolling your eyes now, didnāt you?š
I also asked my new best friend ChatGPTšhow this novel neurotech and Zersetung jives with the Geneva Conventionsāa valid question that has probably crossed your mind, and hereās what came back. Hmm. Certainly a question for the next Church-type committeeš¤
So I caught the C train and got off at Chambers to catch the 2. Got on the 2ālong a$$ ride to Le Bronx. People donāt appreciate how far Le Bronx is from Queens & Manhattan. Iād hate to live in Le Bronx and have to commute everyday to Queens or Manhattan. Iām sure a lot of people doāyou got to do what you got to doš¤·āāļø
So I got to my destination in the Bronx and got the information I needed. Every Thursday at 9am. No appointment necessary. Boom, boom, boom, hauled my disrupted a$$ back to Queens. Only this time I made sure to swing by a Deli to withdraw $10 just in case MTA still has me on a āno-ride listā.š You really canāt make this stuff upš. So I ended up withdrawing some $$, breaking it, and using the cash machine this timeš.
I have to work on Friday. Wonder if the ābanā would have lifted by then.š Or will it be back to back operation day?š³ We shall see. SAD third world stuffš
***Thereās one other interesting observation I make during ALL āoperation daysā that Iām not quite comfortable sharing publicly at this timeāit may land me into some āracismā problem. But rest assured, itās quite a constant, that I KNOW it has something to do with the operationāprobably even running it.š³ But weāll save that for laterāwhen itās no longer controversial to say it, or when some bombshell news report proves it. If you, you KNOW***š¤
***Updated On Thursday 09/11/25***
So I took another PTO on Thursday 09/11/25 to go back to Brooklyn to check on the job prospect I had showed up late for the previous week. I made sure to come in early this timeāwas there before 10pm, so everything should be fine now, right? WRONG.
They told me I had to come back on 09/23 because their urine-testing machine had broken downāI kid you not. You canāt make this stuff up.šSomething about they had to ship the machine somewhere to get it fixed, so the earliest opportunity to apply would be 09/23. See what TIs go through?š¤¦āāļø Anyway, I guess it wouldnāt hurt to wait until the 23rd. Now Iām thinking, was I even late the first time around?šš¤·āāļø
Wednesday 08/06/25 was my day off. Importantly, I had managed to sneak in an appointment to go get a NY state IDāvery hard to get an early booking. You usually have to wait for a month, if not longer
So when I saw an opening in Le Bronx for 08/06, I jumped on it
Turned out to be a very āinterestingā dayāfull blown operation day. Almost cancelled the appointment at the last minute, but I chose to go along with it anywayātoo many things going on on the journey there, plus feeling extra loopy that day (neuro attack stuff going onš)āall the tell-tale signs of operation day.
As a matter of fact fact I remember even getting off āby mistakeā, one stop before Lexington & 63rd. I use the F train every day I go to work, but on this day, I got off at the wrong stop. All Iām saying is, it has been my experience that some type of āneuro-tinkeringā goes on on operation days. Just trust me on that one. As a matter of fact this is going to be the dispositive issue in the coming Church-type committee. In other words, the question will not be whether TIs are paranoid, but rather, are there neuro weapons out there that can make someone paranoid, feel hot in a cold environment making them think they are being attacked by DEWs, and on, and on, and onā¦
Anyway, I ended up going to appointment (barely made it-right before 4pm).
I think there will be issues with my ID application, but letās wait and see how it plays out. They are supposed to mail it to me in 10 days but ā very strange feeling about it.
Remember, I had a TX DL but I made it clear to them that I wanted a NY state IDāa non-driver ID. The intake lady told me it costs around $9 for a 4-year ID, which sounded about right to me
When I got at the counter however, I ended up paying $60 plus. All the TI alarms šØ šØ which had been going off all day, went off again at that moment.šI asked the guy at the counter why itās not the $9 I had been told earlier, but he insisted on the $60 without really addressing my question.š He later said something about āReal IDā. I asked him if thatās why there was such a price hike and he agreed. Sounded odd, but I didnāt want to argue
Long story short, I felt like homeboy deliberately āmistookā what I was applying forāmade me pay for the wrong thing. Thatās why I said, letās wait and see how it plays out, but I feel like I got robbedātypical TI experience.
Weāll see how it plays out, so stay tuned. Also remember, I was doing all this because Iād found a new security company that was very likely going to hire me. They needed me to get a NY state ID and then attend a one-day class to get a license for ONLY $50āas opposed to the week-long class + $400 license fee Allied Security asks of job applicantsš. Very hard to do if one already has another job.
So you can see why somebodyāyou know exactly whošāmight NOT have wanted me to get a NY state ID on 08/06āfinancial sabotageš¤
So stay tuned on this one. I will definitely keep you posted.
Oh and by the way, on my regular job, Iād requested PTO way in advance for Thursday 08/07āa day I would have used for the one day class(security license). Surprise surprise, that request(for PTO) was NOT honored. Coincidence? Hmmš¤
Turned out to be quite an interesting day on the job tooāalmost got fired. See what TIs go throughš. So I got on the job and tried to log in using the company device so I can accept my packages for deliveryābasically agreeing that you are going to deliver them. Somehow today, the device would not let me login without some two-factor authenticationāthey sent a code to my work email. This has never happened to me before, so Iāve never even accessed my work email(almost a year on the jobš³). Remember, this was also supposed to be my PTO day so Iām coming into work kind off ticked off, plus the Le Bronx drama from the day before. Letās just say, Iām not particularly friendly this morningš. So the signing on problems kind of got me even more upset than I was already when I came in.
And then on top of that, the route they had me doing had oversized packages that I couldnāt possibly fit in the cart for one trip. That took me over the edge.š I was about to end up on some NYC jail. So I told the lead, there are too many issues here, Iāll just go ahead and go homeāforfeit my money for the day.
LUCKILY, before I left the area, I contacted one of the supervisors, letting him know that I came in but Iām having login issues that nobody can fix. His response told me all I needed to know. He basically said without saying it that if I left, I would be terminated.š³He didnāt say it like that, but you couldnāt miss it from the tone of his message.
I was still in that area so I brought my a$$ back and waited for him. So he came and dealt with the issue and I was able to work. He confirmed what I had suspected from his messageāI would have been fired if I left.š³ So a TI lived to see another day. Crooked Deep State probably knew he was coming triggered after Le Bronx drama, so did all the signing in chicanery to throw a TI offāmake him blow a gasket. Almost succeededšš¤·āāļø
On Friday 062725, headed to work to finish off my work week. I usually work Tuesday, Thursday & Friday every week.
This week, however, I took up an extra shift on Monday meaning I would have gotten 4 days this week–extra money.
I get on the subway on Friday and catch the 10:45 am F train headed to Manhattan. Two or three stops into my trip and an announcement comes in saying there’s a “problem” and they “don’t know when it’s going to be fixed”–I kid you notš.
So I may actually lose a day of work thanks to MTA shenanigansš. Coincidence? We report, you decide
Remember targeted individuals argue that financial sabotage is a key aspect of the targeting programš¤¦
At 11:38am, train moved againāāproblem fixedāš I am supposed to be at work at 11:30amš
Next thing you know, āproblemā AGAIN. We were transferred to another trainš
Long story short, I got to the job site after 12pm which means too late, no workāor mission accomplishedš Just another day in the financial sabotage drama of a targeted individualš¤¦āāļø
I will say this in closing, though. Stuff like this used to sting so bad in Houston Texas because it would often happen when you had that late car note payment and you NEEDED those extra hours of work. Missing a scheduled day of work would put you into repossession zoneāvery stressful. Here in NYCāwhy I love it hereāthereās very little, or no effect at all. I knew after 12 pm I wouldnāt be allowed to work but I still went in just so they know, I wasnāt just laying at home goofing off. After that, itās sightseeing time in Manhattan. Very big
***Updated Wednesday 07/16/25***
So that week, I ended up missing that extra day because of the train ādelayā, right? Ended up working 3 days instead of 4.
The following week, I actually did 4 days(one extra day)āmade sure I went to work early and everything. My direct deposit comes on Wednesdays. So Wednesday 07/16/25 Iām expecting a BIGGER deposit than Iāve been getting when I work 3 days, right? WRONG. I actually got LESS money depositedāI kid you not.š³
Hope that will get it through your thick skull that a KEY part of the targeted individual program is designed to keep the target POOR. If they donāt do it through the train delay shenanigans, they literally STEAL from the TI. Never forget that. Itās not some kind of mistake, clerical error, oversightā¦nope, straight up THEFT.š¤
Oh, and also thisš, because theyāll expect the TI to be rattled and chase them down for the money and stuff. Not this seasoned TI. Iāll let them know, but Iām not chasing anybody down, or rattledš¤
Last, but not least, they also do this stuff to discourage, demoralize the TI from seeking overtimeāwhy am I even doing this when theyāll just steal my money?š¤ Weāre too smart/seasoned for that, though.
***And then check this outā this may be unrelated, but still āinterestingā. Later on the same night, after the āpaycheck issueā, (07/16/25), I stopped by the grocery store to buy a few things for the kids. I go there pretty much every day, was even there last night. When it came time to check out, my EBT card was DECLINED.š³ It still has a lot of money on it. Coincidence, or just another ānegative blowā on operation day? Hmmš¤ . Just weird that it happened the SAME day my paycheck got shorted.š¤They usually issue temporary EBT cards when your money gets stolen, etc. It could be that my temporary card just expired, earning me another day at the EBT officeš¤¦āāļøāor another missed work day?𤪠We shall see. Stay tuned***
As I stated in my previous post, I did finally get my housing voucher after fighting for it for close to a year. I got it earlier this month(May). Naturally my focus has now shifted to the next phaseāsecuring an apartment, preferably in Jamaica Queens because my kids are already enrolled in school there, and seemingly like their schools a lotādidnāt see that comingš
I thought the apartment leasing process would be easy as it is in Houston Texas, where virtually every apartment complex has an onsite leasing officeāyou basically walk in, fill in the application, make a deposit, view the desired unit, then wait 3-5 days for a decisionāsometimes even get it the same day if you have good leasing history.
The leasing process in NYC is a whole new animal. You have to call some number to be told whether they have any available unit, then schedule a visit if they want you and thenā¦Long story short, the NYC apartment leasing process is NOT conducive for a targeted individual because as TIs know, half the time you donāt even know whether the āleasing agentā you are talking to on the phone is one.š Hey, Iām just keeping it realš¤·āāļø
And proof is in the pudding. Iāve made NUMEROUS calls but ZERO requests for viewing.šSurprise surprise. And the times Iāve spoken to a āleasing agentā on the phone, itās almost always the SAME storyāno two bedroom apartments in Queensānot Jamaica Queens, the whole damn Queensš³š. Come on now, thatās not even statistically possibleš¤·āāļø
And the times that I call and find out that they do have 2 bedrooms in Queens itās strangely just a little over the amount my voucher allowsāor very far away from Jamaica Queens. Yeah, you guessed it right, the TI alarm šØ šØ is beginning to go offš. If I keep up with this phone tag business, Iāll be stuck in the shelter for another year with voucher in hand. That aināt happening.šš¤·āāļø I have to scramble and find a NEW way to get an apartment. Iāll keep playing phone tag but at this point I donāt expect anything from that process.
Iāve been reliably informed that DSS(NYCs dept of social services) does OWN some apartments. I donāt know how true that is, but Iād rather pursue that route than rely on the phone tag folks. Very suspicious, folks. Stay tuned.
**Updated Memorial Sunday 05/25/25**
So Saturday 05/24, an apartment listing popped up on the app I use to look for apartmentsāthe āStreet Easyā app. The apartment was listed for 3,205 on Guy R Brewer blvd.
Two things caught my attention with this listing. It is very close to where my son goes to school and secondly, they had an āopen houseā for Sunday 05/25āanybody can just pop up and look, as opposed to waiting on a phone callāyou know how that goes for TIsāwait foreveršš
To be clear, the amount listed ($3205) is a little over my voucher amount so I knew I wasnāt getting that apartment. Something however just compelled me to go and lookābetter than laying around on Memorial weekend, right?
So I left at about 2pm. The place is about 0.7 miles from where I live, so I just walked. I get there and MAN!! The place is way beyond what I had expected. Itās a new building with a doorman and everything. I knew right there and then, THIS is where I wanted to live. And check this out, the building is called āThe Monarch.ā Where else would the future King of Queens want to live?šš¤·āāļø
So I told the security guy/doorman that I was there for the āopen houseā. He told me to wait on some seats at the lobby and someone will come and talk to me shortly. Squeeky clean lobby, folks. Iām for real, moving in that building. One way or anotherš
So the leasing lady comes down and I tell her my situation. She tells me the two bedrooms start at $3,600āit said $3,205 on the adš. The vibe was kinda offānot sure whyāso I didnāt even go into the $3,200 discrepancy stuff. I figured let me just ask her one more question and then leave. I asked her if I could use my voucher for a one bedroom there. She shot that down so fast, so at that point Iād seen enough. I decided to let it go.
I figured itās Memorial weekend so my Christians (the real onesš) are off for the weekend. Iāll come back to this building on a regular weekday and see if one of my peepsāreal Christiansācan fit me into this building. I was very impressed by this place, and left with the impression that if I get the ārightā person, I could find a spot there. Today was not meant to be. Stay tuned.
***Update on Tuesday 05/27/25***
So day after memorial is a working day for me (Tuesday 05/27). That means I can’t run around looking for apartments. So while at work, I looked at the Street Easy app and bam, they have a listing by Zara Realty for a two-bedroom for $2,800–perfect for my voucher.
So I get on the phone and call the number Zara has for inquiries. I’ve been calling this number since I got my voucher but nobody ever calls back.š As for this particular apartment, I’ve been requesting a visit since 05/05 but never received a call backš I’ve also called Zara several times after that, only to be told that there are NO available 2 bedroom apartments in Jamaica Queens–even as this listing is STILL showing up on the app–TI radar going off šØš
So I decided to call them (Zara) again about this unit to see if it was available as the app has shown since the beginning of May. So I got the lady on the phone (seems like the same lady every timeš) and instead of asking a general question as I always do, about two bedroom apartments in Jamaica, I switched it up this time, and instead inquired about this very apartment. I told her I wanted to rent that apartment.
So she put me on hold for a second to check on the availability and then asked me my contact info, which I gave her thinking she’s getting ready to set me up for a visit. Next thing I know, she’s telling me she’ll pass my info to the broker and they’ll set up a visit. I told her the said “broker” she had been “forwarding my information to”š, has never called me back since the beginning of the month, so why should I expect a call now? I asked her to set up the visit herself.
She then told me what I’ve suspected all along. She’s not even a Zara employee–Lord Have Mercy𤦖she’s just a third party who gets the info and forwards it to the broker. For a targeted individual, one has to wonder whether she has even forwarded my info from the numerous times I’ve calledš¤¦
Long story short, NYC, there has to be a better way to search/apply for apartments. This is NOT it, especially for targeted individualsšš¤·At this point, I will NOT be surprised if I found out that Zara Realty doesn’t even have my info. All this time I’ve just been talking to…šš¤¦
***Thursday 05/29–Workday***
***Caught the Manhattan-bound F train at about 10:45am from 169 Street station–usually catch the 10:38am, so running a little late. 2 stops in (Sutphin) and boom, a delay–NYPD looking for someoneš Didn’t take long, though***Ended up being a very “interesting” day.š Not sure if I should create a separate post for this day or not, but I might. Ended up leaving after 5pm, which is late for this day/shift. As I stated in my earlier posts, when it’s “operation day” you will know even before you arrive at the job.šš¤¦***
Anyway back to some more interesting news. On my day off yesterday (Wednesday 05/28), I did a lot of calling around re apartments. Came across a number for a building called MODA about a mile from where I currently live and thought this would be perfect because my kids would get to keep their schools.
Gave them a call, surprisingly, it went down pretty well. Good vibes from the other side of the phone and check this out, they even set me up for a viewing appointment this Saturday 05/31š³. Totally didn’t see that coming, and a far cry from the “I’ll forward your info to a broker” I always get, and then never hear from the said brokerš
My experience with MODA is the best thus far–pretty “normal” compared to my previous inquiries. They even told me what to expect at the meeting, the application rules etc. Very good. š
Does that mean I’m a lock for an apartment in this building? Obviously not. Just saying it’s my best prospect thus far. I will surely keep you informed about how my experience turns out this Saturday.
***Viewing Day Saturday 053125***
So, as I had stated in a previous post, I had a very good experience with one of the apartment buildings (MODA) the previous week, and they even set me up for a viewing on Saturday 05/31. I had originally scheduled an 11:00 am viewing on the phone but because a TI can never trust phone conversationsš, I followed up that phone call with an actual visit to the building property just to make sure the appointment was legit.
While there, I actually scheduled ANOTHER visit at 4:30 pm. I don’t think they realized it but I had scheduled TWO viewing appointments for Saturday 05/31, one at 11 am and the other at 4:30 pmš³
So Saturday morning at about 9 am, I get a reminder text telling me that I have an upcoming viewing appointment at 11 am. The building (MODA) is very close to where I live–easily walkable distance, so no big deal.
I end up getting there at around 10:50 am and the receptionist/doorman told me to wait on the lounge chairs because the housing lady was on her way there. She shows up at about 11:30 am and takes me upstairs to show me the apartment. She tells me that there’s an apartment that is not available yet, but it’s coming up in a few days. She says it’s on the 7th floor (God’s flooršš), but the apartment she is going to show me on the 4th floor is exactly similar to the one on the 7th floor.
So she shows me around and man, it’s a a super nice building–probably better than “The Monarch” that I had visited the previous weekend.š³ The lady here is also super nice as opposed to the one at The Monarchšš. Crucially, my voucher fits the rent requirements for the 7th floor 2 bed and 2 bath. Everything went fine with my visit.šš
She told me basically the whole process takes like a month from the time I put in my application to the time the city approves the apartment–they have to come and inspect, etc, etc. She told me that the most important thing at that point was for me to submit an application and make sure I pay the $20 application fee because that’s what holds the application. She gave me the link for the application and I took care of all that on Saturday 05/31.
Now there was a little technical issue with the application. When I visited the link she gave me, the 7th floor apartment she had told me was not among the options–which kinds makes sense because she had told me it was not available yet. So she told me to just apply for any of the available 2 bedrooms and she was going to fix it on her end– basically switch my application to the 7th floor apartment
I have a strong feeling that this is where I will end up living when I come from the housing facility–certainly hope soššIt will be good for the kids too (1) because of the security and (2) because the kids will get to keep their schools. We’ll see what happens
***Updated Thursday 06/26/25***
So here’s where we stand re moving into an apartment. The inspection for the apartment was supposed to happen on Monday 06/23 after which my papers were supposed to be submitted to the city for processing (CityFHEPS papers). The process is supposed to take about a month–per both my caseworker/housing specialist and the apartment folks.
The 06/23 inspection apparently DIDN’T happen–according to the housing specialist assigned to me–based at my housing facility, and works for NYC’s DHS. Relax, not the immigration DHS but NYC’s Dept of Homeless Services.š She told me she could not do the inspection because the apartment in question was not yet ready–whoever was supposed to move out on 06/20 was STILL THEREš–apparently had been given an “extension”. So now his moving date is supposed to be in early July–right around July 4th, after which the inspection can take placeš¤¦
But check this out, time is of the essence here BIG TIME. My housing voucher expires in mid August. I applied for this apartment on 05/31 and was initially expected to move in on July 1. Now with all these delays, the move in date necessarily has to be on 08/01.
But here’s the $1 million question. Will there be enough time from the time they do inspection in July, to the time the voucher is expected to expire, for DHS to process the necessary paperwork to ensure that there are no problems when it comes time for me to move on 08/01?
Or will this be just the latest case of how the system plausibly deniably fails targeted individuals?š³š¤ Hmm, we’ll see what happens. For the record, as far as I’m concerned, my travails with QCC financial aid office also fall under the plausibly deniable system “failures” that happen with targeted individualsš¤
And just so you know, I’m already looking for other apartments in case July 4th comes and we’re hit with another “move out date was extended” line.š
***Or as someone quite astutely observed on social media recently. He said targeted individuals are most often watchlisted people, but using the term “watchlist” greatly understates what is really done to them. The more accurate term is “blacklisted” individuals because they are ILLEGALLY denied services/benefits they are otherwise entitled to–get a housing voucher in a year when it should really take 60 days, denied financial aid for very questionable reasons, no right to privacy whatsoever despite SCOTUS’ reasonable expectations of privacy standard, stalked even though stalking is a crime in every U.S. jurisdiction…and on and on and onš¤
***Thursday 07/03/25***
Headed to work. Very interesting day because this is the day President Trumpās Big Beautiful Bill (BBB) is set to become law, and with it, massive cuts to social safety nets like Medicaid, SNAPā¦Itās fair to assume that there will also be massive cuts to housing assistance, which are primarily funded by states, but also rely on some federal funding. So why is Trumpās BBB a topic in some gangstalking blog, you ask? Well, thereās a very good reason for it.
Early this year (January or February 2025) while I was still stressing out about not getting my housing voucher(more than 7 months had passed), I wrote a post suggesting that I would not be surprised if they keep me hanging on the voucher long enough to allow incoming President Trump to enact massive cuts in social spending that potentially derail my voucher applicationāNY state canāt afford it anymore, or some similar excuse.
Back in Texas, it was very clear to me that my targeting was because of my political speechāwhich surprise surprise, has been consistently anti-Trump administration and pro-Democrats. I therefore knew earlier on that it was MAGA-aligned Deep Staters that were behind my targeting. Isnāt it funny how the people who scream the most about āweaponization of governmentā are usually the ones behind it?š¤
In the aforementioned post earlier this year, I even stated that I would not be surprised if the same MAGA Deep Staters from Texas are still running my targeting here in NYC, and that I would not be surprised if they get me jammed up with Trumpās proposed spending cutsš³. I swear to God I wrote that. They have since scrubbed the posts I wrote earlier this year from the internet(I kid you notāsee the website landing page) but I will try my best to dig it up. It s really a prophetic piece, or is it?
Put another way, I was saying in that earlier post that my housing voucher application was deliberately delayed (almost a year, instead of the normal 3 months) just so they could jam me up with complications from Trumpās new spending bill.
I found an apartment on 05/31/25 that was willing to rentā very good apartmentāwhich I put in the application for. The original story was that the unit would become available on 06/20/25 after which inspection could take place and the relevant paperwork submitted to the city for processing(City FHEPS voucher processing). I was originally scheduled to move in on 07/01/25.
The scheduled inspection was supposed to happen last week but it didnāt because the tenant had been granted a moving extensionādid not have to move out on the 20th.šSo now we have a situation where the inspection and submission of my paperwork to the city will have to happen after the July 4th holiday, and yes, after Trumpās BBB becomes the law of the land..š³
Did I nail it with my prophetic post earlier this year, that MAGA Deep Staters deliberately dragged my voucher application process just so the could jam me up with complications surrounding BBB? Will BBB have any effect on the NYC housing voucher program that also negatively affect my housing voucher? Hmm, we shall see what happens.
One thingās for sure, I need to work on Wall Street, or some betting firm because my forecasting skills appear to be off the charts.š Iāll surely keep you posted on what transpires after the July 4th weekend. Stay tuned.
***Tuesday 07/08/25***
Headed to work. No word yet as to whether an inspection has been done on the apartment I’m supposed to move into on 08/01/25. Remember the inspection was supposed to happen in late June but it was pushed forward because the apartment wasn’t ready yet–whoever was supposed to move out on 06/20 had been granted “an extension”.š
Has he moved out now that it’s 07/08? Not sure. Crucially, the voucher expires in mid August.š³ Will this be another case where a TI is deliberately FAILED by the system in a plausibly deniable way?š¤ Hmm, stay tuned. Should I abandon ships and look elsewhere? Hmm, tough decisions to be made this week.
***Friday 07/11/25***
Headed to work. Still no word as to whether an inspection has been done yet. I got an email from the apartment folks saying they are still working on a new inspection date. That’s all fine and dandy but remember, the clock is tickingš³. Will be the latest case of the system deliberately failing a targeted individual? Hmm, we shall see
***Updated Thursday 07/17/25***
Headed to work. Interesting thing happened the day before– Wednesday 07/16. Out of the blue, they gave me a NEW housing voucher that has a little bit more money and importantly, expires in November 2025.š³Remember, one of the issues here was that things were dragging along too slowly with a voucher that expires in mid August–less than a month away.
So at least we’ve cleared the August expiration hurdle but we’re not out of the woods yet. The plan was for me to move out on 08/01/25. That’s the ONLY thing I care about but it’s increasingly looking that it will not happen. Did they extend the voucher because there are further delays down the pike? Not sure. We shall see. All I know is, if for whatever reason I’m still there in August, I’m running straight to court.š Sorry folks, I’ve seen enoughš¤·
***Updated on Thursday 08/21/25***
Wednesday 08/20/25 was my day off. Two big things to take care of this Wednesday were (1) going to QCC to do a āHail Maryā on my Fall semester registration(not much hope there) and (2) call the apartment folks about the lease I had signed the night before(electronically via Docusign). The longest lease Iāve ever seenāsome 108 pagesš³
My QCC trip went very well. They actually cancelled my $725 ātuitionā debt and even proceeded to register me for the Fall semester. That was not on my bingo cardšIām supposed to go back there on Monday so the financial aid office can officially put me on Gov Kathy Hochulās programā100% FREE college education. God bless Kathy & NYš
While at QCC, I got an email from the apartment folks telling me they had received my signed lease. The apartment folks asked me to make sure the housing specialists at the facility do their part so my paperwork could be submitted that same 08/20. They asked me to make sure the housing folk ādonāt drop the ball.ā Right there and then I KNEW the ball would be droppedš
First of all, itās important that you understand how the housing voucher works at this stage. The lease I had docusigned on 08/19/25 was for 09/01/25. That means all the required paperwork had to be submitted to HRA(both from apartment folks and the housing specialists) by 08/20. Thatās why the 08/20 was critical. If you sign a lease for 08/01 for example, HRA wants all the paperwork submitted by 07/20, get it?
So it was VERY important that after I signed the lease, the housing specialists do their part on that very 08/20. A reasonable argument can be made that the apartment folk should have provided the lease earlier to give the housing specialists more time to do what they needed to do. Totally fair point
But anyway, as you might have guessed by now, the housing specialists did NOT, could not submit my paperwork on 08/20. They discovered a problem on the lease. My son had just turned 18 on 08/13, so he had to sign the lease with me, as opposed to just being a dependent. So now a new lease for 10/01 has to be done and the paperwork submitted by 09/20.š Think about that, a TI was supposed to be signing a lease in September 2024, and yet here we are, almost in September 2025, with no end in sight.
Thereās no other way to explain this. You know EXACTLY whatās going on here. This is not your regular ādelays in processingā. I think itās time to test the NY courts. Thatās the only way I get out of this Deep State jail. A decision was already made to DENY a TI public housing. Weāre just going through the motions, and thatās SAD. Youāre better than this, HRAš¤·āāļø
***Updated Monday 08/25/25***
So on Friday 08/22/25 while at work, an email comes in from the apartment folk. Thereās a NEW wrinkleš. For them to put my 18 year old son on the lease as a signor, he needs some type of state id. Remember my recent story re āLe Bronx DMV Dramaā? Thereās no telling how long itās going to take before I get him an ID. Remember, the CityFHEPS documents have to be submitted by 09/20 for an October 1st lease. My son just turned 18 on 08/13. I have his birth certificate & social. I gave them his birth certificate, so Iām waiting to see what they say. I have an appointment for him on 08/27 at the local library for a NYC ID, which you can pretty much use for anything in NYC. We should be able to proceed with the lease signing after thatāhopefullyš
Oh, and another thing regarding my 18 year old. Apparently HRA mailed be a letter on 08/14 regarding some mandatory work requirements for him. The housing facility folks just handed me the letter today (08/25) as I was headed to QCC. The HRA letter is not clear as to what Iām supposed to do with him re the job requirements but it says failure to comply may result in reduction or termination of SNAP benefits.š³
So once I came from QCC, I decided to swing by the local HRA office to find out exactly what they are asking us to do. The HRA office is a flea market this morningāeverybody in Queens, and their mama is herešš¤¦āāļø. Remember, any problem with SNAP or cash assistance will affect housing. They got a TI stretched out all over the place. Lord have mercy.š¤¦āāļø
***Updated on Tuesday 08/26/25***
So things changed a little bit on Monday 08/25/25 re the housing situation. As you may recall, there was a snag with the lease-signing regarding my newly-turned 18 year old son. Per the housing specialists where I currently live, because he was now legally an adult, he had to be a cosignor on the lease, as opposed to just being a dependent.
That of course meant the lease I had just signed had to be sent back to the apartment folks to be redrafted. Additionally, my adult son would require some type of state ID if he was going to co-sign the leaseātheir idea, not mine. So I went and made an appointment for Wednesday 08/27 to take my son to the local library to get him a NYC IDāa municipal ID. That was the plan. Get the municipal ID, send it to the apartment folks, and co-sign the new lease with my son
Well, Monday evening, an email comes in from the apartment folks asking me to sign. Naturally, Iām confused, because I thought we needed an ID for my son. Additionally, the ONLY thing different on the new lease is that my adult son is listed as an occupant and my daughter as a dependent. He is otherwise not required to sign anything. So I contact the apartment folks to make sure that my son doesnāt need to sign and Iām told to proceedāmy sonās designation as āoccupantā was the only change necessary.
So I get back to the housing facility and immediately head to the housing specialistās office to let her know they have sent me a new lease to sign. She tells me she is aware of that, but still raises the co-signing issue. So we agreed that Iāll just sign it and they will send the required paperwork to HRA. She said if HRA sends it back, it will not be on her, but the apartment folks. For a TI that means HRA WILL send it back.š
Anyway, stay tuned, weāll see what happens. Just know that this TI has āother tricksā up his sleeve. Believe that!!š
