  • Is MSM Waking Up To The Dangers Of Neuroweapons?

An interesting NY Post article recently explored what has become a growing issue of privacy, public safety, and national-security concern: the uneasy intersection between the remarkable benefits of neurotechnology and its potential for misuse. As the piece notes, advances in brain-computer interfaces, neuro-monitoring tools, and cognitive-enhancement research hold enormous promise for medicine and rehabilitation. Yet those same tools, if left unregulated or developed in secrecy, could be exploited by hostile actors in ways that raise troubling ethical and geopolitical questions.

For years, mainstream discussion of neurotechnology focused almost exclusively on its medical potential, while any mention of misuse was often dismissed as fringe speculation. That posture has shifted as prominent neuroscientists and biosecurity experts—most notably Dr. James Giordano, a professor of neurology and bioethics and a long-time advisor to the U.S. military—have publicly outlined the real risks emerging at the intersection of neuroscience and national defense. Dr. Giordano has repeatedly warned that neurotechnology can be “weaponized” not only in the traditional military sense but also through subtler means: tools capable of influencing cognition, degrading decision-making, targeting vulnerable populations, or exploiting neurological data. He emphasizes that while these capabilities are still constrained by scientific limits, several countries are actively researching them, and the U.S. should take that fact seriously. His point is not that science-fiction mind-control devices exist, but that neuro-enabled tools—chemical, biological, digital, or data-driven—can be adapted in ways that create new forms of coercion, surveillance, or tactical disruption.

The NY Post article raises the central policy question of whether Congress is exercising meaningful oversight in this domain. The concern is that many lawmakers are only dimly aware of how far neurotechnology has advanced, and even fewer grasp its defense implications well enough to legislate around it. Those with the deepest knowledge—typically members of intelligence committees—operate under heavy classification restrictions, which discourages open debate and leaves the public largely unaware of how these technologies may be used or misused.

The article’s broader message is that it is time for Congress to engage this issue with urgency and transparency. Neurotechnology is advancing whether policymakers address it or not, and without clear guardrails, the same tools that promise extraordinary medical breakthroughs could also be adapted in ways that threaten civil liberties, public health, and global stability. The call, essentially, is for lawmakers to act before the risks outpace the regulations designed to contain them.

  • Post Housing Voucher Drama 101725 Edition

As you may have noticed from my previous post, I decided to visit the apartment leasing office on my day off (10/15/25) to try to get to the bottom of what exactly was causing delay in the submission of some landlord paperwork that was holding up submission of my CityFHEPS paperwork to the city.

The CityFHEPS paperwork has to be submitted by 10/20/25 for me to have any chance of moving out on 11/01/25, which is my plan. Their plan, as I stated on the previous post is to unnecessarily push issues past 10/20 so I get stuck longer in the shelter—all part of the new MKULTRA I’m trying to get you to understand. I’ve been a targeted individual since at least 2017, probably even earlier, so I know EXACTLY how these tactics work, and I’ll give you a breakdown below, so that you get it.

I arrived at this shelter in June 2024, and was eligible for CityFHEPS by September 2024–I’ve talked about this in detail in previous posts. I should have been out of the shelter and into a CityFHEPS apartment sometime in October 2024, and certainly no later than December 2024. The ONLY reason I’m still in the shelter is because of the new MKULTRA program. Never forget that.🤔That’s number one.

Number two is, I originally signed a lease for this apartment on 08/26/25. The ONLY reason I’m not in that apartment today is also the new MKULTRA program.🤔 That’s number two.

Now to the final point. The ONLY reason my current CityFHEPS paperwork has not been submitted even though we are approaching the 10/20/25 cut off date is also because of the new MKULTRA program. You get it, now?😂 There is NO issue or complication holding up the process—that’s all fake brinksmanship designed to unnecessarily stress the target.🤔 I can guarantee you my CityFHEPS paperwork was ready for submission probably last week. All this is a dog and pony show.

I can even break down exactly how things will play out, just so you know, I have some learned experience in this targeting business. I went to the leasing office on Wednesday 10/15 and notified them that they were holding up the process. That should have been handled Thursday 10/16, and probably was, but but but but stay with me here because this is key—it is not useful for the new MKULTRA program to submit the documents on 10/16.🤔 They know the target is anxiously waiting for it, so they’ll stretch it out to increase the mental trauma. You get it?🤔

I work today (10/17) but I’m off Saturday, Sunday and Monday. What do people do on weekends? They relax with their families and recharge for the next week. But the new MKULTRA doesn’t allow relaxing for targeted individuals. They are supposed to be stressed out 24/7–I kid you not😂 So what does that mean. The landlord document—which has been ready for probably a week now—will NOT be submitted until Monday. They’d rather gang it over the TIs head during the weekend and on his off day on Monday so that they rob him of the peace and quiet and rest he needs. You get it? That’s how the criminal program operates.

Then on Monday, after stressing the TI all weekend, the document magically appears, or sometimes even NOT appear on Monday if they make the decision that they didn’t stress you enough. The main point is the is NO ISSUE causing the delay. It’s all made up. When the time comes for them to submit the document, the damage—mental trauma/soft blow—is already done. Watch and learn from the master🤔

***And just like that, as previously adverstized, it’s Friday at 4:00 pm and still, no word on the needed document.🙄 Are you surprised, coz I’m not? I even shot them an email at about 12 pm just to make sure we don’t have one of those “Oh, I’m sorry we forgot to look into it.” I got a response back from my email saying they’re working on the documents.

Remember, folks, on Wednesday 10/15/25 when I visited the leasing office, submisssion was imminent. I was supposedly #3 on the digital signature queue. That means whatever needed to be done could have been done Thursday 10/16 or today Friday 10/17—and was probably done.

But but but…the program has to go on. Get it now? Hang it on a TI’s head over the weekend and his day off on Monday. Steal his peace and quiet.🤔 Never forget that.

Oh and btw, it’s not just about housing, there’s another new MKULTRA story but this time, dealing with college—NY state financial aid. I will start wringing more about that soon. Same modus operandi. TIs face multi-pronged attacks.

  • Post Housing Voucher Drama 101424 Edition

As you may have read from the earlier post, even though I signed an apartment lease way back on 08/26/25, my CityFHEPS paperwork was never submitted for processing—yeah, very shady. The lease I signed on 08/26 was for 09/01/25 move-in date.

After weeks of back and forth with the housing specialist as to why she never submitted my paperwork, she said it was my fault, yeah you read that right, MY fault because I never gave her my weekly pay stubs from 08/26/25 onwards so she could do “rebudgeting”.

So right around 09/15, I gave her the paystubs, and the rebudgeting has since been done. I even signed a new lease for 11/01/25. And yeah, this time I’ve been giving them my weekly pay stubs on time, so they don’t make up an excuse at the end.🙄

So check this out, last week on my day off (Wednesday 10/08), I had a meeting with the housing specialist and her boss. According to them, everything was ready for my CityFHEPS submission EXCEPT some “landlord packet” which they had sent to the apartment forks, and were waiting on them to fill it out and send back. After that, my CityFHEPS paperwork would be submitted.

So Friday 10/10 while at work, I get an email from the apartment folks saying the filled out landlord packet had been sent to the housing specialist that morning. So I’m thinking FINALLY my CityFHEPS paperwork is being submitted, right? WRONG. The housing specialist sends an email two hours later saying there is “some problem” with the paperwork from the apartment folk(the landlord). Long story short, she did NOT submit my CityFHEPS paperwork due to this “problem”🙄🤦‍♀️

So now again we’re back to the same cat and mouse games we’ve had since September 2024. You really can’t make this stuff up. There’s no telling when the landlord will “fix” whatever “problem” that is. I’m just left here hanging again, a helpless victim to the new mkultra. SAD. I wonder if they’ll cook up another excuse to blame it on me AGAIN.🙄 I would not be surprised, though😂

So check this out, I got to work and decided to call the apartment folks to see what was holding up the process for submitting my CityFHEPS paperwork—I usually email. Luckily I got the very person who is supposed to send the documents to my housing specialist. Now, check this out. I told her my housing specialist has not submitted my CityFHEPS paperwork because she needs some correction made to the landlord paperwork—this was from last Friday. The apartment lady told me she had ALREADY sent the required paperwork. Yeah, you read that right, she had already sent the required paperwork so there was NO REASON why my CityFHEPS paperwork has not been submitted.😳

See what I’ve been telling you all along? It’s all one big game here, and a targeted individual is caught up in the middle. SAD. All part of the new MKULTRA program.🤔

Here’s another thing you have to remember. For every month, there’s a cutoff date for submitting CityFHEPS paperwork—usually the 20th of every month. For me for example, because I signed my lease in October, for a November 1 move-in, my paperwork has to be submitted by 10/20/25, otherwise I have to wait another extra month in the shelter. We are already on 10/14/25 and I can guarantee you that’s EXACTLY what’s happening here. Play these delaying games past the submission schedule (likely 10/20) to keep me here longer—extend the torture program. Remember the original lease I signed was on 08/26/25. SAME game until today. It’s NOT a coincidence🤔

But I’m off Wednesday 10/15/25, and believe me, we’re going to get to the bottom of this. Stay tuned.😂

But here’s the kicker. It’s actually a federal CRIME to conspire to violate somebody’s constitutional rights, especially like here, where you just play games with somebody’s life to deliberately cause them emotional stress/trauma. But they are ALLOWED to do that to TIs. It’s true what you hear from most TIs that government crooks are ALLOWED to commit CRIMES on them without facing prosecution. It’s how the super criminal TI program works.🤔

  • Post Housing Voucher Drama 100725 Edition

Monday was my day off so you guessed it, major drama on a targeted individual’s (TI’s) day off to rattle him, you know how the game goes😂

Anyway, Monday at around 2pm as I was getting ready to go out and enjoy my day off, I was handed several letters by the security lady downstairs. They were from HRA and looked important, so I went back upstairs to take a look at them

Remember, the entire housing voucher deal depends on an active cash/public assistance case. If your cash/public assistance is discontinued for any reason then you are out of there for housing purposes.

Luckily for me, my cash/public assistance (PA/CA) were still active per the letters BUT BUT BUT—you knew there was a BUT😂—they changed my monthly amount from $189 to….take a wild guess…yeah, a big fat $0. Lord have mercy😂🤦‍♀️

Apparently, you can have an active PA case even if you’re getting $0, so at least we survived that hurdle. As for SNAP benefits, I also got a massive slashing—from $756 to $416.🤦‍♀️ You know damn well that is NOT enough for two teenagers🙄. I challenged the SNAP, but I let them slide on the PA cut because that might complicate the CityFHEPS process.

Here’s the silver lining though. Although the cuts to PA and SNAP were a downer (obviously), the “good” news about it is that it kind of verified the housing specialist’s claim that she had requested a rebudgeting as part of my CityFHEPS. It kinda makes sense that the adjustments to my PA & SNAP came as a result of that rebudgeting, which is a good thing

As a matter of fact I sent an email to the housing specialist after receiving the letters from HRA and she emailed back saying we now need the documents from the landlord—new lease, etc. She didn’t answer my question directly, but it appears from her message that the next step now is to submit the documents from the landlord so rent payment can be approved etc. That was some good news.

Neeeds to say, I also ran this through my new best friend ChatGeep, and here’s what I got back

How long it will take for the landlord documents to be sent is a different question altogether😂🤦‍♀️

**Also, very interesting re HRA, the letters they sent me re PA & SNAP adjustments were mailed dated 09/27/25 & 09/30/25. I didn’t receive them until 10/06–ONE DAY before the deadline to challenge their decision😳. I found that very odd. Also the notice was NOT viewable on the HRA app🙄. The app clearly shows that there’s a new notice, but it would not let me view it🙄. You have to admit, that’s kinda super odd🤷‍♀️😂**

Anyway, I’m now waiting on the new phase—new lease signing and its submission for processing. Stay tuned.

To keep it 💯with you, this is how I really feel about this housing process. I’ll do what I need to do, but at this point, I’m beginning to entertain “plan B”🤷‍♀️

  • Shouting Match At The Shelter

This is an update to the Post Housing Voucher 092526 Edition post

So I got back home at about 5:40pm. I’m usually home later than that but on this day, I had a QCC Zoom class at 6pm plus, I wanted to check with the housing lady to see if she had submitted the documents HRA had requested—a lease letter, a signed lease and the “DSS” form, so they could process rent payment for my new apartment.

On Thursday morning (09/25/25) on my way to work, I had spoken to my case manager and asked him to have the housing specialist take care of this before I came back from work. She was not on her office that morning when I was leaving for work. It is HER JOB to do this, you know, like HRA PAYS her a good salary to do this. Remember that, it’s gonna come in handy.

So I get back home from work at about 5:40 pm and immediately went to the case manager’s office. I missed him. Apparently, he had left at 5:30pm that day. Luckily, the housing specialist was in his office. Coincidence?😳

So I got straight to the point—usually I do some old school bs’ing before I get to the point but on this Thursday I got straight to business—“Did you get my message I left with my case manager this morning?” First she said he hadn’t told her anything, but then later in the conversation she said “the document” (requesting the lease etc) didn’t apply to her—so evidently she had had a conversation with my case manager.

I told her she needs to submit the documents so they can process payment for my apartment. I even went further and told her she should have submitted them to HRA right after I signed the lease on 08/26/25. Remember, I’m telling her this because HRA has requested these documents, she works for HRA, and it’s HER JOB HER JOB HER JOB to do this. She’s not doing me a friendly favor. She gets paid to do that.🤔

Believe it or not, she REFUSED to do it—something about that document FROM HRA, didn’t apply to her, and some other nonsense. That’s when sh@t hit the fan. Let’s just say, this TI had had enough. I lost my “gentleman & scholar” demeanor and went all in.😂I told her it’s not for me to BEG her to do her job and that if she didn’t want to do it, HRA needed to bring in a new housing specialist to help him. Things got really loud, so the security staff started filing in. Of course in situations like that a TI will always lose, so I smartly walked away after telling her what I needed her to hear, in front of the security folks. They write incident reports, and I hope they  did one yesterday because it will come in handy in court🤔. This TI’s always on some 3D chess🤔

Oh, and btw, believe it or not, this is a very common occurrence for targeted individuals. I will not be surprised if this housing specialist was assigned to me JUST FIR THAT. Gum up the works for a targeted individual 24/7—all part of you know what.🤔

Stay tuned, folks, for some possible shelter drama this evening. You know it’s going down from here on out—till I move to the new apartment.😂
