  • Disruption Saturday On Broadway

So Saturday 06/21/25, I decided to go to relax in downtown Manhattan, and specifically to Broadway—there are a couple spots I had discovered on Broadway while working, that are very good for chilling on a Summer weekend—WiFi hotspots, outdoor tables etc

So instead of staying at home and dealing with my ā€œWiFi issuesā€šŸ™„, I figured I’d go and try Broadway street in Manhattan—take in the fresh air plus high speed internet.

So I get on Broadway & 40th street and find out that they have open tall tables which I figured I could I could place my laptop and relax with a cup of coffee. Perfect spotšŸ‘

When I got there, the place was virtually empty, so I thought let me go grab a cup of coffee and come back to this spot. I found a 7-11 on 39th & 8th where I bought some coffee, donuts and a bottle of water and set back to my new found spot on Broadway

So I get back on Broadway, and place my stuff on one of the tables. There’s a little difference however, from the first time I got on Broadway. There’s a lone preacher (Chinese woman) set up right next to where I’m about to chill. She’s uncharacteristically super loud too.šŸ™„

Long story short, I start getting uncomfortable with the preacher lady—something is just off. I love my Christians to death, but this one here, I don’t know about this one—God forgive mešŸ˜‚šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø. The super reliable TI alarm 🚨 starts going off—never doubt that one.šŸ˜‚ I had options to move—there are other available tables there, but I just decided to ā€œtough it outā€ a little longer. Preacher lady may decide to end her super loud ā€œsermonā€ā€”yeah, I’m patient like that. So I kept doing my thing on my laptop, largely ignoring her

Next thing I know, Preacher lady abandons her summon and comes looking RIGHT INTO my laptop😳, like you would do with your child who you suspected was visiting questionable sites. WEIRD. I let it slide the first time without saying anything. Then she came back and did the same thing—literally her face on my laptop screenšŸ˜³ā€”and my Cool Calm Joe demeanor disappeared—I was about to go to Manhattan jail for real at that point.šŸ˜‚I took a picture of her and told her not to do that again. At the back of my mind I was thinking, the TI 🚨 had been right all along.

You can NEVER go to someone (an adult) you don’t know, and peer into their laptop, personal electronic device like that. That is someone who KNOWS who you are—someone on an ā€œoperationā€ā€”if you know, you knowšŸ¤”There were also OTHERšŸ‘‡tell-tale indicators of an ā€œoperationā€šŸ™„šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļøShe also kept talking to some ā€œphotographerā€ Hispanic dude. Her ā€œhandlerā€? šŸ¤”

I also noticed she got very offended that I took her picture—which is also a tell. I told her I took her picture because she was violating my privacy rights by peering into my laptop like that, so she stopped.

This is just the latest example of how targeted individuals are harassed as they go about their daily business, under the guise ā€œcounterterrorismā€. You can’t even have a quiet Summer afternoon at a PUBLIC park without…running Cointelpro operations. Rep Luna is absolutely right. Tyrannical Patriot Act MUST be repealed, or at the very least, Congress must set up a new Church-type committee to see who in the intelligence community gets paid to violate people’s constitutional rights like thisšŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

***And then check this out, at about 6pm, the power on my laptop ran outšŸ™„. Luckily, I brought TWO machines with me to Broadway—Deep State didn’t have that on their bingo cardšŸ˜‚. So I turned on machine #2 thinking I would continue using the SAME NYC PUBLIC WIFI I was using on machine #1, right? WRONG. Look at what happened to the NYC PUNLIC WIFI on machine #2šŸ‘‡. You really can’t make this stuff up. There’s a helicopter/drone above that has been hovering for 30+ minutes soā€¦šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļøšŸ™„

Can I TI just have a Deep State- free Saturday afternoon? Is that a lot to ask? šŸ˜‚šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļøRemember BOTH my phones are connected to the PUBLIC WiFi. It’s just the laptops that are having ā€œtechnical issuesā€šŸ¤”

So 7pm came, but the WiFi ā€œdisruptionsā€ on machine #2 didn’t go awayšŸ™„. At that point I’d seen enough of the ā€œBroadway disruptionā€šŸ˜‚so I packed my stuff and left for Queens. At least I got some fresh air out of the Broadway outingšŸ˜‚šŸ™„

Oh, and btw, this is why you hear targeted individuals complaining about things like thisšŸ‘‡, which appear so far-fetched and delusional when you read them on social media. But are they, really? Hmm, we report, you decidešŸ¤”

  • Disruption On Day Off

Monday 06/04/25 was my day off. Kids off to school, so just sitting home chilling, right? Next thing I know, disruption—no hot water. Had to take cold showers Monday and Tuesday morning on my way to work

While at work, my son texted me saying some people came in to fix the water. So I’m coming home after a hard day of work expecting a hot shower, right? WRONG. Not fixed. Guess a targeted individual has to slang cold showers on Tuesday night toošŸ™„šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

    Coincidence? We report, you decide.šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

***Woke up the next day at about 8am Friday 06/06/25 getting ready to go to work, and now the WiFi is gonešŸ™„. I remember waking up momentarily at about 5am and it was working just fine. So clearly timed to coincide with my preparation for workā€”ā€œsoft blowā€ aimed at throwing a targeted individual off as he gets ready for work.šŸ¤” Pay attention folks, I’m TEACHING you how the crooks operate. ZERO coincidences. Read and learn.

  • Targeted Individuals & WIFI

Of late, I have been experiencing persistent WiFi disruptions that affect ONLY the electronic device (laptop) I use for important stuff. Also very convenient—happens only at certain times, meaning it’s not an electronic or hardware issue with my machine, but rather, somebody doing it. Very strange.

The WiFi just goes off on this ONE device while all the others carry on without issues(so clearly NOT a WiFi issue). Notice how WiFi is available for the tablet, but not on the laptop. WTH?😳

Video playback on this laptop also appear grainy/blurry, which is also a sign of hacking, or at least that someone ELSE is logged into itšŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

There are also persistent ā€œstorage issuesā€ on this laptop, which is another tell tale sign

I also recently had problems uninstalling an app from the laptop, and the error message I got was that I could not uninstall because someone else was logged into it—I kid you not.šŸ˜‚ This went on for weeks.šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

Long story short, you hear targeted individuals complain about constant hacking of their electronic devices in illegal ways that no federal judge would allow. Here’s your example.

Now, is this something you can prove in federal court? Probably not. My only point here is, incidents like mine, are WHY targeted individuals make such allegations. They are not just allegations with zero basis.šŸ¤” There’s something there there, which hopefully, a Church-type committee will get to the bottom of.šŸ™

***Came back home from work and tried to use WiFi on my laptop and…SAME thing. Every other device is connecting EXCEPT the laptop I use for most stuffšŸ™„. What kind of MKULTRA do they have me on?šŸ˜‚šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø There’s a side story to this laptop/wifi issue but I’ll save it for a later date. I think I know the reason why they keep messing with it—especially as it relates to the grainy/low resolution playback videos that appear on this laptop. I’m pretty sure I know the reason, but hang on for now. It will all make sense, I promise

***Friday morning (05/30) at about 7:35am, trying to upload some videos to my YouTube channel and boom, SAME WiFi ā€œproblemā€ā€”keeps shutting off. All my other electronic devices are using the SAME WiFi with zero problems.šŸ¤”

I leave home for work at about 10am, so my routine is to do these uploads before I leave for work, and this is MOSTLY when the ā€œdisruptionsā€ happen. You get it? It’s not just some random WiFi problem, but a very calculated, even targeted ā€œdisruptionā€.šŸ¤” Remember that word, it’s gonna come in handy in future days***

***Woke up very early (5am) on Monday 06/02/25. It’s my day off, so I decided to do my YouTube uploads early as opposed to 8am when I normally do them and face ā€œdisruptionsā€šŸ™„. I figured maybe switching up the times will help, right? The ā€œdisruptersā€ are still asleep?šŸ˜‚ WRONG. Same WiFi ā€œproblemsā€ ONLY on the laptop I use for YouTube stuffšŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļøIf you ever needed proof that the ā€œdisruptersā€ watch TIs 24/7, there’s your proof. SAD.

    ***Updated 06/20/25***
This issue went away for a couple of weeks (not exactly sure how/why) but has resumed again this week. SAD. Is it Pegasus? Hmm šŸ¤”

***Sunday morning 06/22/25 while watching CBS’ Face The Nation after the reported U.S. military strike on Iran. My phones are connected to wifi, zero problems, but the laptop I regularly use?šŸ‘‡šŸ™„ Clearly NOT a wifi problemšŸ¤”

    ***Tuesday 06/24/25***
Worst day thus far re WiFi for my main laptop. Zero connection all day. Was working the day before. Other devices are using WiFi without issuesšŸ™„**

I wish some targeted individual techie could advise on what this is, and how to go around it. Is it Peg?šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

  • Apple Pay Issues At MTA On 169th StreetšŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

Trying to catch F-train to Manhattan. Kinda running late. I usually catch the 10:38 train. This morning(05/22) I’m running late and surprise surprise, ā€œissuesā€ at the MTA ticket counteršŸ™„

I showed the MTA employee my Apple Pay which had $10 in it and he said he doesn’t know why my payment wasn’t accepted. Weird how these ā€œglitchesā€ happen at inoppotune moments—wait is that even a word?šŸ˜‚

Anyways, more on the MTA drama later. If it happens on my way back home then definitely it’s worth a post on gs chronicles. I had similar issues Friday on my way back home from Manhattan, so….šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

Oh, and I’ve used this convenient method (Apple Pay) for over a month now. I couldn’t take the shenanigans of the actual ticket counter anymore—there was ALWAYS somethingšŸ˜‚šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

So Thursday evening in my way home trying to catch the F train at the 47-50 street station—SAME problem. I have money on my Apple Card but MTA thingy wouldn’t let me throughšŸ™„ See what TIs go through, folks? Interestingly some nice lady(and cute toošŸ˜‚šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø) approached me out of the blue—or so I think—as I was stranded at the 47-50. She asked me a question in what sounded like West African French—Senegal, Guinea etc. I’m thinking she’s probably just lost and looking for directions like a lot of people in NYC do. So I told her I don’t speak French, but she continued talking and started pointing towards the MTA payment gate with a card in her hand. That’s when it hit me that she was offering to pay for me, and she did. I should have asked her for her number but, anyway, back to the storyšŸ˜‚

So Friday morning on my way to work, I get declined AGAIN at the 168 street station. What the hell is going on? I just put $10 on my Apple Pay on my way to the 169 street station.

What kind of MKULTRA have they got me on, folks?šŸ˜‚Am I banned from the MTA subway?šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø I’m tempted to make a formal inquiry to find out why MY card is being declined. Other people are filing through so it’s clearly NOT a ā€œmachine problemā€ or some type of technical glitch. Stay tuned

And then look at this. I get to my job in Manhattan and then an MTA charge of $5.80 pops up on my Apple Pay. So you stick a targeted individual at the gate and then collect the money later. Why didn’t they take it when I was paying. WTH is going on, folks??šŸ˜‚šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

I found out as I was buying coffee from a deli in Manhattan—the $3.58 charge you see therešŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

Happy to announce that on my way back home, I was ABLE TO pay using my Apple Pay at the 47-50 station. YayšŸ™„šŸ˜‚

  • Post Housing Voucher Drama

As I stated in my previous post, I did finally get my housing voucher after fighting for it for close to a year. I got it earlier this month(May). Naturally my focus has now shifted to the next phase—securing an apartment, preferably in Jamaica Queens because my kids are already enrolled in school there, and seemingly like their schools a lot—didn’t see that comingšŸ˜‚

I thought the apartment leasing process would be easy as it is in Houston Texas, where virtually every apartment complex has an onsite leasing office—you basically walk in, fill in the application, make a deposit, view the desired unit, then wait 3-5 days for a decision—sometimes even get it the same day if you have good leasing history.

The leasing process in NYC is a whole new animal. You have to call some number to be told whether they have any available unit, then schedule a visit if they want you and then…Long story short, the NYC apartment leasing process is NOT conducive for a targeted individual because as TIs know, half the time you don’t even know whether the ā€œleasing agentā€ you are talking to on the phone is one.šŸ˜‚ Hey, I’m just keeping it realšŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

And proof is in the pudding. I’ve made NUMEROUS calls but ZERO requests for viewing.šŸ™„Surprise surprise. And the times I’ve spoken to a ā€œleasing agentā€ on the phone, it’s almost always the SAME story—no two bedroom apartments in Queens—not Jamaica Queens, the whole damn QueensšŸ˜³šŸ˜‚. Come on now, that’s not even statistically possiblešŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

And the times that I call and find out that they do have 2 bedrooms in Queens it’s strangely just a little over the amount my voucher allows—or very far away from Jamaica Queens. Yeah, you guessed it right, the TI alarm 🚨 🚨 is beginning to go offšŸ˜‚. If I keep up with this phone tag business, I’ll be stuck in the shelter for another year with voucher in hand. That ain’t happening.šŸ˜‚šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø I have to scramble and find a NEW way to get an apartment. I’ll keep playing phone tag but at this point I don’t expect anything from that process.

I’ve been reliably informed that DSS(NYCs dept of social services) does OWN some apartments. I don’t know how true that is, but I’d rather pursue that route than rely on the phone tag folks. Very suspicious, folks. Stay tuned.

    **Updated Memorial Sunday 05/25/25**

So Saturday 05/24, an apartment listing popped up on the app I use to look for apartments—the ā€œStreet Easyā€ app. The apartment was listed for 3,205 on Guy R Brewer blvd.

Two things caught my attention with this listing. It is very close to where my son goes to school and secondly, they had an ā€œopen houseā€ for Sunday 05/25–anybody can just pop up and look, as opposed to waiting on a phone call—you know how that goes for TIs—wait foreveršŸ™„šŸ˜‚

To be clear, the amount listed ($3205) is a little over my voucher amount so I knew I wasn’t getting that apartment. Something however just compelled me to go and look—better than laying around on Memorial weekend, right?

So I left at about 2pm. The place is about 0.7 miles from where I live, so I just walked. I get there and MAN!! The place is way beyond what I had expected. It’s a new building with a doorman and everything. I knew right there and then, THIS is where I wanted to live. And check this out, the building is called ā€œThe Monarch.ā€ Where else would the future King of Queens want to live?šŸ˜‚šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

So I told the security guy/doorman that I was there for the ā€œopen houseā€. He told me to wait on some seats at the lobby and someone will come and talk to me shortly. Squeeky clean lobby, folks. I’m for real, moving in that building. One way or anotheršŸ˜‚

So the leasing lady comes down and I tell her my situation. She tells me the two bedrooms start at $3,600–it said $3,205 on the adšŸ™„. The vibe was kinda off—not sure why—so I didn’t even go into the $3,200 discrepancy stuff. I figured let me just ask her one more question and then leave. I asked her if I could use my voucher for a one bedroom there. She shot that down so fast, so at that point I’d seen enough. I decided to let it go.

I figured it’s Memorial weekend so my Christians (the real onesšŸ˜‚) are off for the weekend. I’ll come back to this building on a regular weekday and see if one of my peeps—real Christians—can fit me into this building. I was very impressed by this place, and left with the impression that if I get the ā€œrightā€ person, I could find a spot there. Today was not meant to be. Stay tuned.

    ***Update on Tuesday 05/27/25***

So day after memorial is a working day for me (Tuesday 05/27). That means I can’t run around looking for apartments. So while at work, I looked at the Street Easy app and bam, they have a listing by Zara Realty for a two-bedroom for $2,800–perfect for my voucher.

So I get on the phone and call the number Zara has for inquiries. I’ve been calling this number since I got my voucher but nobody ever calls back.šŸ™„ As for this particular apartment, I’ve been requesting a visit since 05/05 but never received a call backšŸ™„ I’ve also called Zara several times after that, only to be told that there are NO available 2 bedroom apartments in Jamaica Queens–even as this listing is STILL showing up on the app–TI radar going off šŸšØšŸ˜‚

So I decided to call them (Zara) again about this unit to see if it was available as the app has shown since the beginning of May. So I got the lady on the phone (seems like the same lady every timešŸ™„) and instead of asking a general question as I always do, about two bedroom apartments in Jamaica, I switched it up this time, and instead inquired about this very apartment. I told her I wanted to rent that apartment.

So she put me on hold for a second to check on the availability and then asked me my contact info, which I gave her thinking she’s getting ready to set me up for a visit. Next thing I know, she’s telling me she’ll pass my info to the broker and they’ll set up a visit. I told her the said “broker” she had been “forwarding my information to”šŸ™„, has never called me back since the beginning of the month, so why should I expect a call now? I asked her to set up the visit herself.

She then told me what I’ve suspected all along. She’s not even a Zara employee–Lord Have Mercy🤦–she’s just a third party who gets the info and forwards it to the broker.  For a targeted individual, one has to wonder whether she has even forwarded my info from the numerous times I’ve called🤦

Long story short, NYC, there has to be a better way to search/apply for apartments. This is NOT it, especially for targeted individualsšŸ˜‚šŸ¤·At this point, I will NOT be surprised if I found out that Zara Realty doesn’t even have my info. All this time I’ve just been talking to…šŸ™„šŸ¤¦

    ***Thursday 05/29–Workday***

***Caught the Manhattan-bound F train at about 10:45am from 169 Street station–usually catch the 10:38am, so running a little late. 2 stops in (Sutphin) and boom, a delay–NYPD looking for someonešŸ™„ Didn’t take long, though***Ended up being a very “interesting” day.šŸ˜‚ Not sure if I should create a separate post for this day or not, but I might. Ended up leaving after 5pm, which is late for this day/shift. As I stated in my earlier posts, when it’s “operation day” you will know even before you arrive at the job.šŸ˜‚šŸ¤¦***

Anyway back to some more interesting news. On my day off yesterday (Wednesday 05/28), I did a lot of calling around re apartments. Came across a number for a building called MODA about a mile from where I currently live and thought this would be perfect because my kids would get to keep their schools.

Gave them a call, surprisingly, it went down pretty well. Good vibes from the other side of the phone and check this out, they even set me up for a viewing appointment this Saturday 05/31😳. Totally didn’t see that coming, and a far cry from the “I’ll forward your info to a broker” I always get, and then never hear from the said brokeršŸ˜‚

My experience with MODA is the best thus far–pretty “normal” compared to my previous inquiries. They even told me what to expect at the meeting, the application rules etc. Very good. šŸ‘

Does that mean I’m a lock for an apartment in this building? Obviously not. Just saying it’s my best prospect thus far. I will surely keep you informed about how my experience turns out this Saturday.

    ***Viewing Day Saturday 053125***

So, as I had stated in a previous post, I had a very good experience with one of the apartment buildings (MODA) the previous week, and they even set me up for a viewing on Saturday 05/31. I had originally scheduled an 11:00 am viewing on the phone but because a TI can never trust phone conversationsšŸ˜‚, I followed up that phone call with an actual visit to the building property just to make sure the appointment was legit.

While there, I actually scheduled ANOTHER visit at 4:30 pm. I don’t think they realized it but I had scheduled TWO viewing appointments for Saturday 05/31, one at 11 am and the other at 4:30 pm😳

So Saturday morning at about 9 am, I get a reminder text telling me that I have an upcoming viewing appointment at 11 am. The building (MODA) is very close to where I live–easily walkable distance, so no big deal.

I end up getting there at around 10:50 am and the receptionist/doorman told me to wait on the lounge chairs because the housing lady was on her way there. She shows up at about 11:30 am and takes me upstairs to show me the apartment. She tells me that there’s an apartment that is not available yet, but it’s coming up in a few days. She says it’s on the 7th floor (God’s flooršŸ‘šŸ˜‚), but the apartment she is going to show me on the 4th floor is exactly similar to the one on the 7th floor.

So she shows me around and man, it’s a a super nice building–probably better than “The Monarch” that I had visited the previous weekend.😳 The lady here is also super nice as opposed to the one at The MonarchšŸ˜‚šŸ‘. Crucially, my voucher fits the rent requirements for the 7th floor 2  bed and 2 bath. Everything went fine with my visit.šŸ‘šŸ‘

She told me basically the whole process takes like a month from the time I put in my application to the time the city approves the apartment–they have to come and inspect, etc, etc. She told me that the most important thing at that point was for me to submit an application and make sure I pay the $20 application fee because that’s what holds the application. She gave me the link for the application and I took care of all that on Saturday 05/31.

Now there was a little technical issue with the application. When I visited the link she gave me, the 7th floor apartment she had told me was not among the options–which kinds makes sense because she had told me it was not available yet. So she told me to just apply for any of the available 2 bedrooms and she was going to fix it on her end– basically switch my application to the 7th floor apartment

I have a strong feeling that this is where I will end up living when I come from the housing facility–certainly hope sošŸ™šŸ™It will be good for the kids too (1) because of the security and (2) because the kids will get to keep their schools. We’ll see what happens

    ***Updated Thursday 06/26/25***

So here’s where we stand re moving into an apartment. The inspection for the apartment was supposed to happen on Monday 06/23 after which my papers were supposed to be submitted to the city for processing (CityFHEPS papers). The process is supposed to take about a month–per both my caseworker/housing specialist and the apartment folks.

The 06/23 inspection apparently DIDN’T happen–according to the housing specialist assigned to me–based at my housing facility, and works for NYC’s DHS. Relax, not the immigration DHS but NYC’s Dept of Homeless Services.šŸ˜‚ She told me she could not do the inspection because the apartment in question was not yet ready–whoever was supposed to move out on 06/20 was STILL THEREšŸ™„–apparently had been given an “extension”. So now his moving date is supposed to be in early July–right around July 4th, after which the inspection can take place🤦

But check this out, time is of the essence here BIG TIME. My housing voucher expires in mid August. I applied for this apartment on 05/31 and was initially expected to move in on July 1. Now with all these delays, the move in date necessarily has to be on 08/01.

But here’s the $1 million question. Will there be enough time from the time they do inspection in July, to the time the voucher is expected to expire, for DHS to process the necessary paperwork to ensure that there are no problems when it comes time for me to move on 08/01?

Or will this be just the latest case of how the system plausibly deniably fails targeted individuals?šŸ˜³šŸ¤” Hmm, we’ll see what happens. For the record, as far as I’m concerned, my travails with QCC financial aid office also fall under the plausibly deniable system “failures” that happen with targeted individualsšŸ¤”

And just so you know, I’m already looking for other apartments in case July 4th comes and we’re hit with another “move out date was extended” line.šŸ™„

***Or as someone quite astutely observed on social media recently. He said targeted individuals are most often watchlisted people, but using the term “watchlist” greatly understates what is really done to them. The more accurate term is “blacklisted” individuals because they are ILLEGALLY denied services/benefits they are otherwise entitled to–get a housing voucher in a year when it should really take 60 days, denied financial aid for very questionable reasons, no right to privacy whatsoever despite SCOTUS’ reasonable expectations of privacy standard, stalked even though stalking is a crime in every U.S. jurisdiction…and on and on and onšŸ¤”

    ***Thursday 07/03/25***

Headed to work. Very interesting day because this is the day President Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill (BBB) is set to become law, and with it, massive cuts to social safety nets like Medicaid, SNAP…It’s fair to assume that there will also be massive cuts to housing assistance, which are primarily funded by states, but also rely on some federal funding. So why is Trump’s BBB a topic in some gangstalking blog, you ask? Well, there’s a very good reason for it.

Early this year (January or February 2025) while I was still stressing out about not getting my housing voucher(more than 7 months had passed), I wrote a post suggesting that I would not be surprised if they keep me hanging on the voucher long enough to allow incoming President Trump to enact massive cuts in social spending that potentially derail my voucher application—NY state can’t afford it anymore, or some similar excuse.

Back in Texas, it was very clear to me that my targeting was because of my political speech—which surprise surprise, has been consistently anti-Trump administration and pro-Democrats. I therefore knew earlier on that it was MAGA-aligned Deep Staters that were behind my targeting. Isn’t it funny how the people who scream the most about ā€œweaponization of governmentā€ are usually the ones behind it?šŸ¤”

In the aforementioned post earlier this year, I even stated that I would not be surprised if the same MAGA Deep Staters from Texas are still running my targeting here in NYC, and that I would not be surprised if they get me jammed up with Trump’s proposed spending cuts😳. I swear to God I wrote that. They have since scrubbed the posts I wrote earlier this year from the internet(I kid you not—see the website landing page) but I will try my best to dig it up. It s really a prophetic piece, or is it?

Put another way, I was saying in that earlier post that my housing voucher application was deliberately delayed (almost a year, instead of the normal 3 months) just so they could jam me up with complications from Trump’s new spending bill.

I found an apartment on 05/31/25 that was willing to rent— very good apartment—which I put in the application for. The original story was that the unit would become available on 06/20/25 after which inspection could take place and the relevant paperwork submitted to the city for processing(City FHEPS voucher processing). I was originally scheduled to move in on 07/01/25.

The scheduled inspection was supposed to happen last week but it didn’t because the tenant had been granted a moving extension—did not have to move out on the 20th.šŸ™„So now we have a situation where the inspection and submission of my paperwork to the city will have to happen after the July 4th holiday, and yes, after Trump’s BBB becomes the law of the land..😳

Did I nail it with my prophetic post earlier this year, that MAGA Deep Staters deliberately dragged my voucher application process just so the could jam me up with complications surrounding BBB? Will BBB have any effect on the NYC housing voucher program that also negatively affect my housing voucher? Hmm, we shall see what happens.

One thing’s for sure, I need to work on Wall Street, or some betting firm because my forecasting skills appear to be off the charts.šŸ˜‚ I’ll surely keep you posted on what transpires after the July 4th weekend. Stay tuned.

     ***Tuesday 07/08/25***

Headed to work. No word yet as to whether an inspection has been done on the apartment I’m supposed to move into on 08/01/25. Remember the inspection was supposed to happen in late June but it was pushed forward because the apartment wasn’t ready yet–whoever was supposed to move out on 06/20 had been granted “an extension”.šŸ™„

Has he moved out now that it’s 07/08? Not sure. Crucially, the voucher expires in mid August.😳 Will this be another case where a TI is deliberately FAILED by the system in a plausibly deniable way?šŸ¤” Hmm, stay tuned. Should I abandon ships and look elsewhere? Hmm, tough decisions to be made this week.

    ***Friday 07/11/25***

Headed to work. Still no word as to whether an inspection has been done yet. I got an email from the apartment folks saying they are still working on a new inspection date. That’s all fine and dandy but remember, the clock is ticking😳. Will be the latest case of the system deliberately failing a targeted individual? Hmm, we shall see

    ***Updated Thursday 07/17/25***

Headed to work. Interesting thing happened the day before– Wednesday 07/16. Out of the blue, they gave me a NEW housing voucher that has a little bit more money and importantly, expires in November 2025.😳Remember, one of the issues here was that things were dragging along too slowly with a voucher that expires in mid August–less than a month away.

So at least we’ve cleared the August expiration hurdle but we’re not out of the woods yet. The plan was for me to move out on 08/01/25. That’s the ONLY thing I care about but it’s increasingly looking that it will not happen. Did they extend the voucher because there are further delays down the pike? Not sure. We shall see. All I know is, if for whatever reason I’m still there in August, I’m running straight to court.šŸ˜‚ Sorry folks, I’ve seen enough🤷

    ***Updated on Thursday 08/21/25***

Wednesday 08/20/25 was my day off. Two big things to take care of this Wednesday were (1) going to QCC to do a ā€œHail Maryā€ on my Fall semester registration(not much hope there) and (2) call the apartment folks about the lease I had signed the night before(electronically via Docusign). The longest lease I’ve ever seen—some 108 pages😳

My QCC trip went very well. They actually cancelled my $725 ā€œtuitionā€ debt and even proceeded to register me for the Fall semester. That was not on my bingo cardšŸ˜‚I’m supposed to go back there on Monday so the financial aid office can officially put me on Gov Kathy Hochul’s program—100% FREE college education. God bless Kathy & NYšŸ˜‚

While at QCC, I got an email from the apartment folks telling me they had received my signed lease. The apartment folks asked me to make sure the housing specialists at the facility do their part so my paperwork could be submitted that same 08/20. They asked me to make sure the housing folk ā€œdon’t drop the ball.ā€ Right there and then I KNEW the ball would be droppedšŸ˜‚

First of all, it’s important that you understand how the housing voucher works at this stage. The lease I had docusigned on 08/19/25 was for 09/01/25. That means all the required paperwork had to be submitted to HRA(both from apartment folks and the housing specialists) by 08/20. That’s why the 08/20 was critical. If you sign a lease for 08/01 for example, HRA wants all the paperwork submitted by 07/20, get it?

So it was VERY important that after I signed the lease, the housing specialists do their part on that very 08/20. A reasonable argument can be made that the apartment folk should have provided the lease earlier to give the housing specialists more time to do what they needed to do. Totally fair point

But anyway, as you might have guessed by now, the housing specialists did NOT, could not submit my paperwork on 08/20. They discovered a problem on the lease. My son had just turned 18 on 08/13, so he had to sign the lease with me, as opposed to just being a dependent. So now a new lease for 10/01 has to be done and the paperwork submitted by 09/20.šŸ™„ Think about that, a TI was supposed to be signing a lease in September 2024, and yet here we are, almost in September 2025, with no end in sight.

There’s no other way to explain this. You know EXACTLY what’s going on here. This is not your regular ā€œdelays in processingā€. I think it’s time to test the NY courts. That’s the only way I get out of this Deep State jail. A decision was already made to DENY a TI public housing. We’re just going through the motions, and that’s SAD. You’re better than this, HRAšŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

    ***Updated Monday 08/25/25***

So on Friday 08/22/25 while at work, an email comes in from the apartment folk. There’s a NEW wrinklešŸ™„. For them to put my 18 year old son on the lease as a signor, he needs some type of state id. Remember my recent story re ā€œLe Bronx DMV Dramaā€? There’s no telling how long it’s going to take before I get him an ID. Remember, the CityFHEPS documents have to be submitted by 09/20 for an October 1st lease. My son just turned 18 on 08/13. I have his birth certificate & social. I gave them his birth certificate, so I’m waiting to see what they say. I have an appointment for him on 08/27 at the local library for a NYC ID, which you can pretty much use for anything in NYC. We should be able to proceed with the lease signing after that—hopefullyšŸ™„

Oh, and another thing regarding my 18 year old. Apparently HRA mailed be a letter on 08/14 regarding some mandatory work requirements for him. The housing facility folks just handed me the letter today (08/25) as I was headed to QCC. The HRA letter is not clear as to what I’m supposed to do with him re the job requirements but it says failure to comply may result in reduction or termination of SNAP benefits.😳

So once I came from QCC, I decided to swing by the local HRA office to find out exactly what they are asking us to do. The HRA office is a flea market this morning—everybody in Queens, and their mama is herešŸ˜‚šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø. Remember, any problem with SNAP or cash assistance will affect housing. They got a TI stretched out all over the place. Lord have mercy.šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

    ***Updated on Tuesday 08/26/25***

So things changed a little bit on Monday 08/25/25 re the housing situation. As you may recall, there was a snag with the lease-signing regarding my newly-turned 18 year old son. Per the housing specialists where I currently live, because he was now legally an adult, he had to be a cosignor on the lease, as opposed to just being a dependent.

That of course meant the lease I had just signed had to be sent back to the apartment folks to be redrafted. Additionally, my adult son would require some type of state ID if he was going to co-sign the lease—their idea, not mine. So I went and made an appointment for Wednesday 08/27 to take my son to the local library to get him a NYC ID—a municipal ID. That was the plan. Get the municipal ID, send it to the apartment folks, and co-sign the new lease with my son

Well, Monday evening, an email comes in from the apartment folks asking me to sign. Naturally, I’m confused, because I thought we needed an ID for my son. Additionally, the ONLY thing different on the new lease is that my adult son is listed as an occupant and my daughter as a dependent. He is otherwise not required to sign anything. So I contact the apartment folks to make sure that my son doesn’t need to sign and I’m told to proceed—my son’s designation as ā€œoccupantā€ was the only change necessary.

So I get back to the housing facility and immediately head to the housing specialist’s office to let her know they have sent me a new lease to sign. She tells me she is aware of that, but still raises the co-signing issue. So we agreed that I’ll just sign it and they will send the required paperwork to HRA. She said if HRA sends it back, it will not be on her, but the apartment folks. For a TI that means HRA WILL send it back.šŸ˜‚

Anyway, stay tuned, we’ll see what happens. Just know that this TI has ā€œother tricksā€ up his sleeve. Believe that!!šŸ˜‚

  • Gangstalking At A Queens McDonalds 051025

Saturday 051025 was supposed to go to school QCC at 9am but the professor had already told us the week before that we were done as far as the syllabus and that we should prepare for the finals the next Saturday (05/17/25)

So this Saturday would just be for review and some kind of semester end party—people bringing food from home—we have different ethnicities in that class. Notably, the targeted individual wasn’t asked to bring any food.šŸ™„šŸ˜‚

So first of all, I didn’t think I needed a review for an English final test plus it would have been weird for me to sit there eating other people’s food without bringing anything—or was that the point?šŸ˜‚ So I decided to cut this class and just wait for the finals on 05/17/25.

I stayed home the whole day and left at about 6pm to go strolling around Jamaica avenue—my new stomping ground. There is a McDonald’s there that is usually packed to the brim, but this Saturday for whatever reason, it was kinda empty, so I went in. Very important that you remember that. I went in BECAUSE it was scarcely populated.

I used the kiosk machine to order a large coffee. It didn’t give me a receipt but I remembered it was order #628. So I immediately went to the cashier and the dude next to him and told them all I wanted was a coffee and that the machine did not give me a receipt. They said it was OK and that I should just wait, so I did.

As it always happens, a restaurant is empty until a targeted individual shows up. Never figured that part out.šŸ˜‚ Two minutes into my wait, the place was packed.šŸ™„ You already know what time it was. They are getting their orders filled fast, but zero word about my coffeešŸ™„. You guessed it, the TI alarm 🚨 🚨 was already going off.šŸ˜‚

Then something very interesting happened. Two NYPD cops walked in and went to the cashier.😳One of the cops said something to the cashier. I didn’t exactly understand what he told the cashier but it was something to the effect, ā€œIs everything OK?ā€ Why would everything not be OK? Yeah, now the TI alarm 🚨 🚨 was going off full blast. Some op was clearly going on. So at that point I decided to take out my phone and record this incident for future generationsšŸ˜‚ā€”and a future Church-type committeešŸ™šŸ™

Also VERY interestingly some of the new arrival customers had masks. Back in Houston I used to wander who the masked people were, but thanks to the Trump admin, we’re increasingly seeing them on TV associated with federal law enforcement agencies, and DHS in particular.šŸ¤”

So I stayed there and waited patiently for my coffee while dilligently carrying out my civic duties—gathering evidence(video recording) against a growing gangstalking crime. I’ve been through so many of these McDonalds incidents, so I knew exactly how it was going to play out. They’ll serve all the ā€œcustomersā€ that came after you while you sit there waiting, then 10-15 minutes later, act like they are surprised you haven’t received your order yetšŸ˜‚šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø. Surprise surprise, that’s EXACTLY how it happened.

So I let the dude know in no uncertain terms that he didn’t just forget my order. He knew exactly what he was doing. But relax, I didn’t do anything else. I got my coffee and left. I’m too smart to fall for the bait—entrapmentšŸ¤”

So why is this important, you ask? Everybody has had an incident where they had to wait for an order longer than they wished. Valid point. I have too, and you don’t see me posting every incident where I have been delayed at the checking counter.

My point here is that the TI 🚨 🚨 went off so bad and if there’s one thing I’ve come to religiously rely on, it’s the TI radar. Targeted individuals know this. You’ll KNOW when an op is going on. You can’t miss it. Also, importantly, remember that the line from targeted individuals has always been that local cops either run or are in on these operationsšŸ˜³šŸ¤”. Why would two cops walk in while a TI is waiting for his coffee and go straight to the cashier, asking him if everything is OK. Were they expecting a TI to lose his cool and attack the cashier?😳 What’s up with that, folks? And the masked ā€œcustomersā€ who ā€œrandomlyā€ showed up?

Folks, all I’m saying is that this was a VERY ODD incident, one that I had to record. If we ever have a Church-type committee, these are some of the questions I would like clarified. Naturally, I can’t share the video with the public at this point but rest assured it will be preserved for future reference.

So it was already getting late so I started heading home at about 7:30pm. I stopped at the WIFI kiosk on Jamaica & Union Hall to see if I could upload the McDonalds video I had just recorded—yeah, I’m cheap like that. Again, NOBODY is there when I get there, which is odd for a Saturday. I started uploading and guess who shows up RIGHT NEXT to where I’m standing. TWO female NYPD officers. Stood RIGHT NEXT to where I was standing.😳 What is REALLY going on, folks? Can a TI just talks in a beautiful Saturday evening in PEACE? First the McDonalds op and now this?šŸ˜‚ Harassment? Hmm, we report, you decide.

I tried to sneak a video while they were standing next to me but it didn’t quite capture it right. So I sat there and waited for a good opportunity. About 10 minutes into it, a radio came in ordering them to go somewhere else so I got the back.

Next thing I know, they came BACK so I left. Can’t make this stuff up. Rep Luna is right. Unpatriotic Patriot Act has to go.šŸ˜‚šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

    ***Updated on Thursday 06/05/25***
So after coming from work and having to contend with a cold showersšŸ™„(see most recent post), I stepped out again at 8pm to buy a little nick nacks for the kids and just get some Summer fresh air—love Summer nights.

So after getting what I needed, I stopped at the McDonalds by the 179th station and ordered some coffee. Man, the SAME thing happened as did in the previous McDonald incident—almost to a tee. I was just left there stranded as other ā€œcustomersā€ filed in getting their orders filled. After waiting for about 15 minutes, this lady with a mask walks in and talks to the cashier.

In about 5 minutes she gets her order of coffee while a targeted individual who was there 20 minutes before her, still waits for his coffee. SAD.

As usual, the cashier played dumb when I asked how he kept me waiting for 20 minutes for coffee and then just gave the mask lady coffee. They always act like they forgot you order but trust me on this one, he DID NOT forget. That’s how they run the operation. McDonald’s is one of the worst for this type of gangstalking stuff. When a Church-type committee comes around, the Head Honchos at Mickey Ds will have a lot of splainin’ to do re neo-MKULTRAšŸ˜‚šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

  • TIs & Higher Education

***An update to a previous post***

As you may have noticed from my earlier post. I did get to enroll for the Spring semester at QCC—and now in hindsight, God must have been looking out for me. I had intended to enroll for Fall 2024 there was just too much going on at the time. So right now I am happily enrolled at QCC and if you might know, actually thriving academically. You probably going, ā€œThat’s shocking. You can actually read?ā€šŸ˜‚

But anyway, why do I call my QCC enrollment a Godsend? Because news broke just this week that the Trump administration is planning to really crack down on student loan repayments beginning NEXT month(May).😳 If I hadn’t enrolled in school, guess who would be making those $300+ payments? Yup, you guessed right.šŸ˜‚ I actually logged into FAFSA and looked at my student loan situation. It now says my next payment is in 2029(after graduation)šŸ‘.

The Spring semester is almost coming to an end. I’m taking some classes at QCC this Summer also. I talked to the QCC financial aid folks and they told me to fill out the 25-26 FAFSA if I wanted to attend Summer. I took care of that several weeks ago

They also strongly advised me to apply for the NY state financial aid, something I opted not to do for the Spring semester—I had income tax coming in, so I decided to go easy on them.šŸ˜‚I already put in my NY financial aid too. I actually got an email from them yesterday 04/23 saying they couldn’t process my application there was something missing in my recently filed FAFSA (25-26).šŸ™„ They said I need to ā€œmake correctionsā€ on my FAFSA within the next 14 days or my application gets yanked.šŸ™„

When I logged into my FAFSA account yesterday, it didn’t indicate that there was ANY problem that I needed to fix, so I really don’t know what’s going on with NY state financial aid. In addition, it is super complicated to contact the folks at NY state financial aid. You have to schedule an appointment, but here’s the kicker, on their calendar page for appts, ALL reservations at takenšŸ™„

Long story short. TI radar 🚨 is beginning to go off on NY state financial aid. Not full blast yet, but the alarm 🚨 is surely going off.šŸ˜‚ Stay tuned

On my day off(Wednesday 05/07/25) just chilling and relaxing and next thing I know, boomšŸ‘‡Summer school is like two weeks away. See what a TI has to go through?šŸ˜‚ The so-called ā€œjerking aroundā€ program aka neo-mkultra you thought was a ā€œconspiracy theoryā€šŸ˜³šŸ¤”. Trust me, there are NO legitimate ā€œproblemsā€ with all the applications I’ve submitted thus far. Stay tuned, folks. There’s also supposed to be an award from the financial aid proper(federal) for Summer school but you already know what time it is—theft theft theftšŸ¤”

    ***Updated on Tuesday 052025***
So the Spring semester officially ended this past Saturday(05/17) so my focus has shifted to the Summer semester.

Back in late March, early April, I had registered for two Summer classes for a total of 6 credit hours—one on Summer I and the other one in Summer II. The Summer one was scheduled to begin on 05/27—a few days from today.

So yesterday, on my day off(Monday 05/19) I decided to call QCC financial aid office to see what was going on with my financial aid application because as I had repeatedly made it clear to them, the ONLY way I attend Summer school is with financial aid—student loans.

Back in late March when I registered for Summer school, I made sure to check in with the financial aid office to make sure come Summer semester, I will have a decision one way or another re my financial aid. Back then(March), the financial aid office told me what I needed to do was fill out the 2025-26 FAFSA and also apply for NY state financial aid—both of which I took care of.

So I thought all I had to do is knock out the Spring semester and SMOOTHLY transition into Summer I, right? Wrong.šŸ™„My financial aid application remained in limbo until yesterday when I reached someone at the office, meaning it had been languishing since March.šŸ™„ Mind you, I’ve sent a lot of emails in the interim to inquire about the status of my aid but apparently I was ā€œspeaking to the hand.ā€šŸ˜‚šŸ™„

So yesterday when I finally got a hold of someone at the office they told me I could not receive any more federal financial aid because I am maxed out for an undergraduate—I’ve apparently hit the limits for both Pell & student loans

I would have to get a private loan or pay for myself. Why did it take so long to tell me that? If they told me that in April, I would have made arrangements to pay for myself this Summer. It’s only 1 class in Summer I.šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļøšŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļøYou see what I’m saying, the problem is not with the determination that I’m maxed out, if that is even the case, but rather that they could have told me that way back then allowing me to make plans for Summer school. Now it’s less than 10 days before classes start—too late to do anything. I’m also ONLY finding out because I called yesterday. I would have been sitting here thinking I have class on the 27th only to hit the FIND OUT phase then.šŸ˜‚ Come on now, something is not right with that picture.šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

And then this. The financial aid lady also asked me if I had filed the NY state financial aid and I told her I did when I filed my 2025-26 FAFSA, just like they told me. I told her they rejected my application over some issues with my FAFSA. The lady told me NY aid had NOTHING to do with FAFSA, but when you look at the letter below, that’s EXACTLY what the NY state aid folks told me. What is a targeted individual supposed to believe, folks?šŸ˜‚šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

Long story short, folks, my plans for Summer school and the financial aidšŸ˜‚ have hit a road block. Coincidence? Hmm, we report you decide

Interesting side note, before I got off the phone with the financial aid lady, I asked her about the Godsend bill—literally—that NY Governor Hochul recently signed that essentially makes community college FREE

    ***Updated Tuesday 061025***

So Monday 06/09/25 was my day off and one of my “to-do”s for Monday was contacting QCC about my Fall registration. You’ll remember that I had registered for two classes this Summer but I couldn’t attend because my financial aid fell through–maxed out per the QCC financial aid office. I had applied for NY State financial aid back in March too, but I don’t even know what’s going on with them at this point. My applications keep getting withdrawn for let’s just say, “strange” reasonsšŸ˜‚šŸ™„

So here’s what’s going on with QCC that is very interesting. Back in Houston, and Texas generally, when you register for college classes. You are expected to pay or at least set up some type of payment plan a few days before the class begins–typically the Friday before the class begins. If you don’t outright pay the tuition by the Friday, or set up some type of payment plan, you lose your class. They don’t hold it for you anymore UNLESS the financial aid office tells them you have pending financial aid–money coming. In those cases, the college will hold the classes for you

So a targeted individual over here is thinking surely that’s how all colleges operate, right? WRONG. The Summer classes they had me registered for and for which I made absolutely clear to the financial aid office that I cannot attend without financial aid, are STILL showing on my enrolled classes. Crucially, now I OWE the school $$ even though I never stepped foot in any of these classes. And because of this “tuition bill”, I cannot register for Fall classes. Lord Have Mercy. Think about that, a targeted individual closed his eyes for a minute and just like that, Deep State has him locked out of school😳 Somebody FOR REAL doesn’t want this TI going to school. If it’s not denying him federal financial aid it’s NY State financial aid and now these “registration issues”šŸ™„šŸ¤¦

And check this out, on Monday 06/09 at 2:15 pm, I was supposed to have a virtual meeting with someone from Advisors office to discuss my plans for Fall registration and iron out some of these other registration issues and take a wild guess as to what happened? You guessed it, it DIDN’T happen. When I called the advisement office after 2:15 pm to inquire about this, she told me the person I was supposed to talk to, one Ann, was not at the office today(working from home). She took my number and told me to expect a call from Ann. I told her I had two phones and told her to tell Ann to call me on the number I had shared with her–the phone I used mostly. An hour goes back and the QCC lady calls me Ann had called and missed me on the OTHER phonešŸ˜‚šŸ¤¦and also that she had sent me an email which I supposed was Zoom instructions. I checked my email and surprise surprise NADA!!🤦

Later that day, I called QCC advisement again to inquire about the supposed email that was sent to me. They put me through to another lady(not sure if that was the elusive AnnšŸ˜‚šŸ¤·) but she basically told me that the last day to drop my Summer I class was June 2nd so I may end up getting stuck with the bill, even though I didn’t attend/had no intention of attending without financial aid🤦. As for the Summer II class that I have coming up, she told me to go and withdraw from it immediately so I don’t have to pay for it toošŸ™„. I tried doing that myself on CUNY website but it ended up being more complicated than a SpaceX launch missionšŸ˜‚. My plan is to physically go to QCC Wednesday on my day off and have this addressed. She said I could appeal the Summer I charges, so I will find out about that on Wednesday.

As it currently, a targeted individual is locked out of Fall registration.🤦 Think about that, a TI set out back in March to get financial aid so he can attend Summer school and now, he NOT ONLY can’t attend because financial aid fell through, but he OWES QCC for courses he never took. AND he’s locked out of Fall registration. That’s some REAL TI stuff, ain’t it?šŸ˜‚šŸ¤¦

    ***Updated Wednesday 06/11/25***

So on my day off Wednesday 06/11/25, I decided to visit QCC to see what the hell was going on with this registration chicaneryšŸ˜‚I also wanted to cancel the Summer II class that I had coming up to avoid getting TRICKED into a $700 bill like I just did, and relax, I’li explain why I say TRICKED.

So, I had two Summer classes, one for Summer I beginning on 05/27 and the other for Summer II beginning sometime in late July. During my visit today I made sure to drop the July class so as to avoid getting tricked into another $725 bill. SADšŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

Right before Summer I class was about to begin, I wanna say around the 05/17, I contacted (phone call) the financial aid office asking them why I had not received any financial aid yet, even though classes were like 10 days away. So this talked to that one, who talked to the otheršŸ˜‚and they finally got back to me saying I was not eligible for financial aid because I was maxed out. So right there and then I told her I was no longer interested because there was no way I would attend class without financial aid. I even remember telling the financial aid lady that I will have to withdraw from both classes.

Also, like I said earlier, my Texas mindset had me thinking that because I had not set up any payment plan and there was no financial aid coming for me, the system would drop the class for me—that’s how they do it in Texas. You either pay, or they hold the class for you if you have pending financial aid(money coming)

So two days after classes start(05/29/25) this email shows up on my mailbox—the aforementioned TRICKERY.

Any reasonable person reading this email would have concluded, as I did, that it was not wise to drop classes—that there were problems with financial aid processing, and that if you just waited a little bit longer, you would get financial aid for the classšŸ¤”. So I figured, let me give it a week to see if I get some financial aid. That, my friend, is how a targeted individual fell head, shoulders and toes into the TRICK. What the email CRUCIALLY left out, was that 06/02 (three days after the email) was the LAST day to drop the class without getting stuck with the $725 bill. Lord Have Mercy.šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø So now a POOR targeted individual has to come up with $725 for a class he never intended, AND as a requirement for Fall registration. That’s some cold Deep State stuff, ain’t it?šŸ˜‚

The Bursar’s office gave me a link to appeal this bill, but I have to tell you, it’s not a very promising avenuešŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

Long story short, people should not have to be subjected to these pitfalls if they are interested in getting an education. This stuff looks very bad—almost like an effort to force somebody out of school. Not a good look, QCC, NOT a good look. Also why it’s a VERY GOOD thing that NY Gov Hochul is making certain aspects of community college FREE. Hopefully it will save poor students from such chicaneryšŸ™

I’ll keep you updated on the ā€œpithyā€ appealšŸ˜‚

    ***Updated on Friday 082225***

Long story short, they ended up cancelling my $725 bill and registered me for Fall classes. On Monday I have to go the financial aid office so I can do an application for Gov Kathy Hochul’s FREE college program

While at QCC, I asked the question a lot of prospective students probably have right now, and that is, why would they need a student to apply for financial aid if the program was free? The answer I was given, a very good one, is that they want a student to exhaust all available forms of aid (Pell & NY state aid) first. In other words, they want the money set aside for this program to benefit students who don’t have other means of financial aid available. That saves money for the program, allowing it to help more people.

I know I’m maxed out on Pell grants but I’m not sure about NY state aid. They’ve been acting very fishy with my previous applicationsšŸ˜‚. All kinds of TI alarms 🚨 have been going on with NY state aid (aka TAP).šŸ˜‚ Somebody there REALLY doesn’t want this TI getting any money.šŸ˜‚They were also the reason I got into the $725 bill jam in the first place. They were supposed to pay for my Summer classes but just left me hanging. They said they never got/could not access my processed FAFSA.šŸ™„ Very fishy.

We’ll see what NY state aid says this time around. The good thing is—God bless Gov Hochul—I don’t have to chase them around if they decide to ā€œdisappearā€ on me.šŸ˜‚I still intend, though, to find out exactly why they never paid my Summer tuition bill. Stay tuned.

Also, I guess the tuition appeal I recently made is now moot? Still waiting to hear what they say anyway. They may decide to dig into the NY state issue—ask them why they didn’t pay for my Summer classes😳

So Monday 08/25/25, I stopped by QCC financial aid to deal with the free college program. They had asked me the previous week to make sure I do my 2025-26 FAFSA & TAP and then come back to do an application for the free program. So I came in thinking I would have to sit down and fill an actual application.

This time around however, the lady FinAid lady told me there was no separate application needed, and that the main financial aid office will figure that out themselves depending on what happens to my FAFSA & TAP—which kinda made sense, so I didn’t push the issue further even though her workmate had told me last week that I needed to do an application.

I told her however that I got caught up this Summer semester because TAP did not pay my tuition. She told me now that the free program is in effect and I’m clearly eligible, she doesn’t see how I will get stuck with the bill. So we left it at that. I kinda agreed with what she said. In other words, the TI alarm 🚨 did not go off while I was talking to her. If it did, I would have asked to speak to someone elsešŸ˜‚

  • Tuesday 042925. Phone Issues-Infragard?

Came from work Tuesday 042925. Was supposed to have class at 6pm. Not a very bad day at work, but we ended up finishing at about 5pm. Hopped on Ftrain and got home just a few minutes after 6pm—in time for roll call for my zoom class.

Before getting home, I stopped by my Gyro spot right next to where I live but couldn’t buy because my phone(s) won’t let me log into my bank account to transfer $ into my Apple Pay. Only other person there with me(Gyro spot) was this older Chinese dude. I don’t know what it was but TI alarm was just going off—some Infragard shenanigansšŸ™„

I kept having problems logging into my bank account so I just abandoned mission and went home for the 6pm class. I figured I would log in at home using my laptop. I have two factor authentication so when I attempt to log in, a six digit code is sent to my phone. Everything was fine in the morning when I was going to work

Long story short, I got home and used the laptop and even then the 6 digit code was not being sent to my phone. Other texts were coming in, just not from the bank.šŸ™„

The last time I had this problem was when my financial aid was deposited(February 2025). All of a sudden the bank started asking me all these verification questions about an account I had been using for years. They took me through hoops for about two weeks over this ā€œverificationā€ nonsense and then just decided to give me back my login.šŸ˜‚ I quit chasing them for it so they just dropped their shenanigansšŸ˜‚

Why is today important? I am off tomorrow(Wednesday 04/30) and importantly, I am supposed to go check out an apartment that has told me they will accept my voucher. Isn’t it interesting that on the eve of such an important event, a targeted individual all of a sudden has login problems? Can’t make this stuff up. I was also supposed to order food for the children but now I’m stuck.

Remember, word on the street is that Infragard thugs are the ones who constantly hack electronic devices of targeted individuals when they run the so-called ā€œpsychological operationsā€.šŸ™„ Is this one such case? Hmm. Sure looks sketchy.

Folks, END the criminal targeted individual programšŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

    ***Update on NYC Housing Voucher***

As of Thursday 04/10/25 the status of my NYC housing voucher application (if there even is onešŸ™„) is still…pending. Remember from my previous post, the process started afresh sometime in October 2024, so I should definitely have gotten my voucher by now under normal circumstances. But of course we have ā€œnon-normalā€ circumstances—a targeted individual applied, so he has to be run through the new mkultra deal—soft blows as long as they can, then do you a ā€œfavorā€ at the end by giving you what you were entitled to from the get-gošŸ¤”

I broke down the housing voucher process in my earlier posts but let me just do it again for new readers not familiar with NYC. This is how the process is supposed to work under normal circumstances. First of all, right off the bat, two key factors push an applicant right to the TOP of the list—someone ALREADY in a NYC housing facility(shelter if you wanna be meanšŸ˜‚ + currently on public assistance—food stamps etc).  I’ve met BOTH conditions since 07/24.

Another VERY strong factor is FAMILIES in a housing facility, as opposed some single dude in a shelter because they just came out of prison (sorry ex-inmates, but it makes sense). Simply put, they move heaven and earth to get families out of the shelter. As you might have guessed, I meet that condition TOO—there with my two children.

Other than these basic eligibility requirements, an applicant is also expected to have a job. The roadmap, the way it was laid out to me, was that you submit 4 consecutive paystubs (one month of work) and shortly thereafter a voucher pops up for you— 2 month process tops usually(8 weeks).

This targeted individual has been submitting checks since October 2024, even earlieršŸ™„, and STILL no voucher to speak of. Come on folks, there’s no other way to explain this other than Deep State, possibly colluding with NYC housing authorities, has DENIED him and his family a housing voucher he is superiorly qualified for. I mean I don’t just qualify, but qualify with flying colorsšŸ˜‚ That my friend, is the nature of the super criminal TI program. Rampant THEFT is at its core—money, intellect, and as here, a vital state benefit-housing. The expectation is that the robbed TI will lash out in anger so they can turn around and say, ā€œSee, we told you he was crazy. He can’t wait in line like everybody else.ā€šŸ˜‚šŸ™„

As usual, what they have done to the TI, evoking such a response, is always conveniently left out of the storyšŸ¤”Hang in there, though. You’re dealing with a seasoned TI who knows better than falling for the bait.šŸ¤”

It’s also very important that I point out here that there’s a big distinction between getting a voucher and actually being placed in an apartment, which can drag on much longer. When I say getting a voucher, I don’t mean actually getting an apartment, but rather the city(NYC) telling you you are approved for X amount of rental subsidy a month. There is NO reason why such a determination has not been made after all these months. The way it happens is that people get a voucher (basically a paper), and then go out looking for apartments for themselves—that’s the ideal way. In my case, I can’t even go look because I don’t know how much I’m working with.šŸ™„ A potential landlord will want to see that to take you seriously.

It’s also very important that you know The REAL reason WHY this housing voucher is ā€œin limboā€. Housing vouchers in NYC provide low income folk with, above all else, stability. The idea is not to get the voucher and just sit at home without working. The point is for you to get a job, and contribute towards your rent as much as you can, with the voucher covering the remainder. That prevents people from constantly being evicted and having their lives/livelihoods uprooted. Very good program. The super criminal targeted individual program however, is based on jerking people around.šŸ˜‚They want to interfere with your job SO THAT you get evicted. You get it?šŸ¤”šŸ˜‚So the housing voucher(which is 5yrs btw) is an existential threat to the targeting individual program—the TI won’t necessarily feel the ā€œsoft blowsā€ from a Deep State-inspired job lossšŸ¤” You get it now? THAT is what’s going on herešŸ¤”

***update to TIs & Public Housing***

On Friday 04/18 I was lucky to get off work super early (finished before 2pm) so I figured I should pay a visit to the Department of Social Services(DSS) office in Manhattan(16th street) and inquire about my housing voucher. I mean, nothing to lose, right?šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

So I got there at about 3pm. It wasn’t as packed as I thought it would be—probably because most people were off for Spring Break. So I approached the security lady in the lobby and asked where I need to go to inquire about housing vouchers. She ushered me to a room where there was an employee running triage—basically directing people to the room numbers/floors they needed to go to depending on their reason for the visit

I told him I was there to inquire about NYCFHEPS vouchers and he directed me to the 6th floor telling me that’s who handles FHEPS. Just like they do at the food stamp office, he gave me a ticket number and told me to take it to 6th floor and wait for my number to be called. So I got to the 6th floor and took a seat at the waiting area, which again wasn’t that heavily populated—very goodšŸ˜‚

So I sat there and waited patiently like I always došŸ™„šŸ˜‚and next thing I know, 30 minutes had gone by without anybody being called. Something’s clearly wasn’t right. Also interestingly, probably out of boredom, I started reading what was on the ticket I had gotten from the lobby and it clearly said the 6th floor handles FHEPS RENEWALS, meaning people who ALREADY have a voucher but were seeking to renewšŸ™„. So the long wait all of a sudden became annoying because I figured I was in the wrong place anyway.

I decided to give it a few more minutes before walking out and luckily this lady showed up from the office asking if there was anybody waiting who did NOT already have a voucher? Of course I raised my hand, and she broke the news, ā€œYou are in the wrong place.ā€ She told me to check on the status of my voucher application, I needed to call 311 and find my ā€œhome baseā€ā€”whatever that is.šŸ™„

  • Gangstalking Chronicles 2

As you might have noticed, sometime in early March 2025, the Deep State hit the original gangstalkingchronicles.com website with some malware that makes it impossible for anybody to view the website.šŸ™„ What is it that they don’t want the public to see? Hmm. Tells you all you need to know. šŸ¤”

I did contact the website hosting company several times about this issue for a possible solution to this problem but their response basically boils down to ā€œf@$k offā€šŸ˜‚. They basically advised me to purchase some software(roughly $250), so they can use it to ā€œtake off the malware.ā€ I kid you not, that’s exactly what they told me.šŸ˜‚ So I put two and two together and figured they’re going to have me waste my $250 and then turn around and tell me, ā€œunfortunately, the software didn’t work, buy this new oneā€ā€”or some similar bs.šŸ˜‚

So the best thing is just to start afresh and rebuild from the old gangstalkingchronicles.com the best we can. There’s a way to do it. It’s going to take some time but it surely can be done. Hopefully at some point, Deep State will get tired and/or embarrassed by their bs and give me my old website back. Until then, this is your new home for all the latest gangstalking dramašŸ˜‚
